Just wondering if anyone on here is legitimately training with clubbells.
If so, what does your workout/routine look like?
i have some adjustable clubbells and an adjustable macebell.
i use the clubbells mainly for warming up my shoulders on a pressing day. i will also do some work with them in an attempt to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles and improve mobility.
the macebell i will use as a supplement to shoulder pressing, mostly doing 360s.
not sure of the names of the stuff i do though.
