sounds like some promising findings, but it also appears to be prevalent in dairy, so not sure why it would need to be sold as a stand-alone. Probably the same bioavailability and significance dosage reasons as other things found in foods? Oddly, the three research studies / papers were all conducted by the same person.

I read quite a bit of that abstract but then got a little bored so I TLDR it :ROFLMAO:

What I did surmise from what I did read is that it may be useful as a weight loss product, but I don't want my mTOR inhibited.

It's one thing when it happens in normal bodily processes but, suppressing it all the time isn't a good thing IMO.

at least from a muscle mass perspective.
