    Actually spot reducing does work to an extent, many users here and on other boards (even bobo I believe) have had noticable results with Avant's spot reducing line (absolved and lipoderm's). I'm actually using it right now for the same areas you mentioned (chest and abs and love handles) I will let you know how it goes

  3. lactaid milk stinks.....uggghhhhh I can't bring myself to drink it, my secret is ( most likely wrong, LOL) but i take 2 pills before any dairy products, seems to lesson my stomach pain.........
    Keep up the good work, I just started my own "Boot CAmp" workout, although I do have to be careful because of the healing foot, I still get quite the workout, and i can see results.......... Yeah!!!!!

  4. Weighed in at 241 this morning. Bob is doing well(as am I). Looking much leaner. However, gas has reached it's apex, I am blowing like the southerly wind, and it is NASTY. I offended over 30 people today........................d isgusting!

    Good progress, I have been following this thread from the beginning. I would guess that with your diet, training, and supplementation, all of your weight loss has truly been fat loss. Continued Good luck.

    Basic EC. M1T was ok, held on to a little water. But, everything has gone well since. Good stuff..............Bob

  11. 236 this morning, I was freaking out, lost 5lbs ni a week, but, Bob informs me all is well. Lord, I hate legs. Waist is shrinking by the day. Bob is good, but, my will is strong!

  15. Well, after getting some nasty boils for the last 8 weeks or so, I got one in my nose and had enough. I went to the Dr. I was diagnosed with a staph infection and cellulitis in my nose. I was drowsy quite often and had a hard time getting up to go to the gym, never thought the two were connected. Anyway, after 2 days on antibiotics, my strength shot up. I fully believe that doing what we do, going to the gym every day and eating right kept me out of the hospital and probably much worse, I'm told it is serious. Bob's plan is IN for real, I'm a believer. 235 this morning, for all those still reading.

  23. I had the exact same problem If I got really big I leaned down and lost alot of muscle, I finally got my hands on some clen and t3. Then, I made my own fina, took it at 75 mg/day for 4 weeks, two days on two days off with the clen and kept my t3 dose tapered throughout, lost 11 lbs only bodyfat kept every single ounce of muscle.

  30. some people do 2 days on/2 off because I believe since the half life is so long, many believe blood concentrations are still pretty much the same on day three at least if not 4 as well, so they do it to save product. The half life is 35 hours I think, so on the second rest day the clen concentration would be diminished significantly.

  34. Was on vaca for a week, limited pc access. Got on the scale this morning, not my usual scale, however, read 233. Look much leaner than at 232. Not sure I get it, but I don't give a ****, because I look leaner and the scale went up a lb. Waist continues to diminish, nice work, BOB!

  39. Got on the scale this morning, read 235, I suspect the M1T has caused a little bloat. Waist measured at 37", down 3". So, overall, great results. Feeling good, looking more vascular. Strength still good, even going up on some exercises.

  40. Keep up the good work dude. The results are well-earned, I am sure.
