so i've been reading a lot on HST, and was going to give it a go. i'm going to be doing a 4 week p-plex cycle in september and was curious if this is a good workout to do on cycle? with the lighter weight and higher reps through the first 4 weeks, i didnt know if it would be better to do hst afterwards and find a diffeent routine while on cycle. i just figured i should go balls to the wall while on the p-plex.
any suggestions?
