I just got done running a DianEvol cycle and it was awesome. (it's a Superdrol spin-off) It's my first PH and I went from 186 to 198 in 4 weeks. Lifted 4 days a week with a heavier routine and ate a ton of protein and carbs. Eating was the hardest part about it- but all said and done- 12lbs of lean and dry muscle was well worth it.
