For 4 weeks I have been taking the following stack with good results:
DTHC 4/ED spread evenly
Novedex XT 1/ED pre-bed
Less than a week ago I decided to add 1 extra cap of NXT at mid-day. Already I am seeing signs of estrogen being crushed too low such as skin drying, joints cracking more, (PF cissus helps, but still) overall mood and libido worsening. Despite these, effects have been good, such as less water retention and hardening.
I want to add Powerfull to this stack, will have it in about a week. I'm debating with myself whether it would be beneficial to keep the 2 caps ED of NXT or drop it back to one. The sides are not terrible, I can deal with them, but they are more than well enough pronounced to attract attention.
Other supps taken ED:
GOOD multi
fish oils
PF cissus
Retain2
