What alternatives are there to cardarine on the market?
Cardarine’s stamina boosting properties are proven and im also aware that PPAR activators are known to be good for fat loss and ideally I’d like to address both areas

I’m already taking beta-alanine as a staple

I saw it on a site recently. I kind of wish I knew about it when my parents were going through chemotherapy. I would have investigated it in more detail among other things.

I’ve never heard of this stuff

If I’m reading this correctly, it seems as though 1 single dose has a half-life of over a week?!?! Is that the case or am I reading this incorrectly?

Super curious because I have a hiking/camping trip coming up in a few weeks. We’ll be at high altitude for a few days and I always seem to struggle with our longer hikes though I never have issues with hikes just as long around where I’m from. If even just a single dose can give you a couple days boost, that’s pretty amazing!

Sorry I tried to post a link to a study but need more posts yet!
