Arachidonic Acid with Soy Lecithin - is it THAT much better?

Hey there guys! I understand the role of soy lecithin combined with ARA so that inflammation stays more in the muscle and less everywhere else, but is it really that much better?

I'm asking cause I recently noticed I just can't stand Tr1umph as it bloats me like crazy, and I'm attributing that to the soy lecithin inside.

Are you asking others opinions as to whether your dislike for bloat is worth the addition of tr1umph?

I stick to glycerol. I do not see a great difference to justify the price

Pretty much. I had some joint pain using X-gels AND Tr1umph in a previous run, so theoretically by removing it the joint pain would be even worse?

People ran ArA long before the Soy Lecithin craze came along with great results. You will probably get better results with lecithin added, but it's also 100% worth it to run X gels on its own. I usually just run X gels + GMS these days cause im too lazy to eat lecithin in the mornings lol

Would ArA along with a PH be a good stack.
