Hey there guys! I understand the role of soy lecithin combined with ARA so that inflammation stays more in the muscle and less everywhere else, but is it really that much better?
I'm asking cause I recently noticed I just can't stand Tr1umph as it bloats me like crazy, and I'm attributing that to the soy lecithin inside.
