How do you dose? says 4 a day but only 100 gels?
why is this?Take 4-8 on an empty stomach preworkout. Start at 4 and work your way up. Most people use 6. Only use them on workout days. And run for 50 workout days (2 bottles @ 4 caps, 3 bottles @ 6)
If you eat before you workout, take them at the gym after you've warmed up.
ALCAR and/or GMS/SL are also a very useful addition(s) to get the most bang for your buck

Nope, it helped me maintain muscle. And I think even more importantly, I think it helped me psychologically deal with a cut cause usually when I cut I'm flat as hell and it's depressing, but X gels gave me epic pumps at the gym even on low carbs which kept my spirits high so I could keep pushing.I might be taking it for my cut. Good to know, thanks mikeughh.. ARA actually helps fat loss.. hence the reason why you should increase your caloric intake when bulking..
