Forskolin Possibly gone Rancid?

Hey folks I'm not even sure if it's possible but I figure there's no harm in asking as the search bar has found nothing regarding the subject. Anywho I've had this Komodo Forskolin bottle open sitting, in a dark room @ room temp for about a year, its nearly full (haven't used it much, had a surprise surgery go figure) I was wondering if it might have gone rancid in a years time. There's no odd smells or anything coming from it nor does anything like off or discolored or anything I could just buy another bottle if there's even a possibility of this stuff going bad. Lmk folks and thanks a bunch ahead of time.

Edit: By open I meant without the seal however the Cap has been on the Entire time.

Edit #2 It actually smells like ink or new plastic or something, im still good to go right?
