Hello,

I got ephedrine 8mg kaizen 50 tabs version.
Now i want to know how long before i take it after eating? and before next meal so i get most of the benefits of it.

Also want to know if good to use on rested days because on training days i train very heavy so its not good to take it then.

thanks in Advance.

There's another thread just a few posts down that goes into a lot of detail.

The short answer is "as far away from food as possible." Something about stomach acidity and gastric lumen something or other making ephedrine absorption nil if you take it near food.

The "standard" EC protocol is 24/200 3x daily and it's certainly useful on rest days.

Quoth neuron:

Ephedrines effects, from the lack of insulin, to LPL regulation, revolve around a fasted state.

Taking ephedrine with food, on a full stomach, or within 1 hour of eating is like pissing it down the drain.

ffs, this is why there is 5-10 threads/week about how 'EC DOESN' WORK'

hmm

Would 2 hours after eating or before be good?
Because if i need to take 1 dose every 4 hours and that would still be to soon

how would one manage to eat.

already thanks for your information

FWIW I wake at 4.30am, dose it then, eat at 7-8am, dose again at 10, eat again at 1, dose again at 2, eat again at 6.

Plenty of ways

It also depends what kind of food you eat I would I guess. A fatty meal or a meal with a slow digesting protein like a steak I would wait more than an hour after eating.
