SNS Inhibit E question(s).

1. Is there a way to make a simpler dosing scheme? IE: 3 caps in morning, or 3 caps at night, or 2 caps morning, 1 cap night?
2. Any scenarios where I should not be dosing Inhibit E? IE: Preworkout, before bed. I workout in the mornings (pretty much as soon as I wake up) so I'm wondering if I should avoid it or not.

Just pulled the trigger on two bottles which should be coming soon.

You can dose multiple ways. I would personally do all 3 caps in the morning prior to a carb meal as DHAA has been shown to have GDA type effects.

Just keep dosing consistent and you'll be good.

AIs don't particularly impact sleep too much, right? My larger carb meals tend to be at night. If this is the case, I'll just consistently take it pre-meal at night.

Shouldn't have an impact on sleep.

I dose mine 3 caps at night and have no issues sleeping. Pre high carb meal will also work well :D

It doesn't impact sleep :)

I took my 3 in the morning on a empty stomach

Yup. Good quality bulk ingredients and GFXT was a hit with me, so I figure I'd try this new formulation. This will be the first AI I've ever run.
It's easy I haven't noticed any joint issues and I'm feeling good and leaner.

I've been dosing 1/1/1 but i may switch to all 3 before my largest carb meal. Not a bad idea.

I too would dose all 3 with a high carb meal or pre-bed for simplicity.
