Developed wrist tendonitis in my left wrist about 2 weeks ago. As a result, I'm really not able to curl or do bench press. It's really ruining my workouts right now. Are there any supps that could at least aid with this?
I already use them. Been using them for years.Wrist wraps.
I had that same issue. This is what I ended up doing:Hammer curls are about the only curl I can do.
Quit doing what makes it hurt for a couple of weeks dude. Its most likely an overuse injury, so it has got to heal. Shouldnt take to long to start getting better! Just rest bruh, rest it!Developed wrist tendonitis in my left wrist about 2 weeks ago. As a result, I'm really not able to curl or do bench press. It's really ruining my workouts right now. It's very solid! It's antiinflammatory, pain relieving and helps heal tendons, ligaments and bones, and can even strengthen all these tissues, even in a healthy individual. It really covers all the bases as far as soft tissue and bone injury goes, by treating both the sides and the cause, as well as working to prevent future injuries by strengthening tissues. Only other thing you could add is extra Cissus, which can never hurt. Not expensive at all either, $25 for a months supply.Achilles looks solid.
Good move man, let me know how it works out for you.Bought Achilles. NP had a good deal on it.
5/5
i`m almost finishing my second bottle of str3ngth . doing anywhere between 4/6 caps a day.i will get 2-3 more bottles just to make a good assessment , but so far i can honestly say this for sure:it has done a superb job with my joints/tendons/ligaments. it has worked far superior than any other cissus product, or any joint oriented supplement and i have tried plenty.I HAD BURSITIS ON MY LEFT WRIST SO BAD I COULD NOT USE IT TO STEER THE DRIVING WHEEL , 7-10 days into str3ngth IT STARTED TO GO AWAY .
for me it has become a STAPLE as a joint product by far.whenever i have cash i will purchase it solely for this objective.musclebuilding wise i can`t say for sure how much it helped because i am just getting back to where i used to be
Give us an update when you start using itBought Achilles. NP had a good deal on it.
Yeah I might get this also. You can also try laxogenin as in STR3NGTH or DermaStrength, a recent reviewer posted the following:
I don't expect miracles but I should have a joint supp in my arsenal anyways. Anateus makes good supps.Good move man, let me know how it works out for you.
Would the transdermal be more potent? You can also try laxogenin as in STR3NGTH or DermaStrength, a recent reviewer posted the following:
Yes it should be. A lot of people are taking over 100mg so you always could stack the oral with the TD.Would the transdermal be more potent?
Glad to hear Achilles is doing you well. I always say it's very powerful, and here's the proof.hey mate i had this same problem but in my elbow {almost 3 years } i've tried everything cissus /glucosamine/collagen/fish oil mega dosage and was better but only temporary. One day i found supplement Achilles Antaeus Labs' the company say that inside this sup is few herbs and some special fatty acid i do not know if this is true and do not really care but this stuff works i'm taking 8 cap per day combine this with warming gel before gym and ice compress after. btw in case of stupid comments im old gym rat 35 years i started when i was 23 and i know what placebo effect is...
insomnia from a PH? never heard of it..i'm planning to run ph first in my life and one of the bad side effects which worry me is insomnia so i ordered tudca/liver ONEIROMANCER sleep support Antaeus Labs this stuf can put you into a coma...
I would say the stack you propose is certainly suitable for a first-time userI did not decided yet I have 1 alpha Finaflex 3 bot/. Dmz15 lgi 2 bot. /. P- mag. Pharmatech 2 bot /. 11-oxo lgi 2 not. / furuza-50 lgi 2 bot the choice is large I'm thinking hit 1-alpha and maybe stack furuza 6-7 weeks + massive caloric surplus
What wrist wraps do you use? I can tell you that a pair of 36" powerlifting wrist wraps for powerlifting make a world of difference compared to, say, a 12" Wal-Mart brand wrap. Make sure you're wrapping TIGHT TIGHT, stretching the material, and getting your wrist casted into a neutral position, not bent back.Just a quick update. Been on Achilles for about 2 weeks now. Wrist still not 100% but that's on me for refusing to take a rest. Pain is tolerable but still can't go all out on bench.
My wrist wraps are made by Scheik (I think that's how you spell the name). Seem to be good quality, IMO.What wrist wraps do you use? If your wrist wrap game is on point, then sorry I couldn't be of further help. Just thought I'd offer what I could, joint supps are not my game.
