    How was the energy when you tried it? Dosing too close too food intake will negate some of the effects of the SA2-A, but it is a comprehensive fat loss formula so it will still provide positive effects on fat loss regardless of that.

    I don't know anything about SA2-A; assmuming that's an ingredient?

    Energy level was such that I had a better work out and felt better. Then just felt pretty well and managed to find myself awake and with good energy by midnight, whereas I'd normally be ready to go to bed by 10. I did get some annoying heart burn. It was periodic, but annoying and it was almost certainly the alphamine causing it.

    On the dosing, the directions say to have a scoop 30 minutes before eating breakfast, albeit on a fasted stomach from just sleeping. I always have a protein shake immediately upon waking. I'm never going to intentionally wake up and eat nothing for 30 minutes. I have no need for more energy in the morning and I have no desire for appetite suppression in the morning.

    I eat very frequently throughout the day. Many of those "meals" are simple things like a Quest protein bar or a whey shake that have no sugar and very few carbs.

    You'd need to wait an hour and a half at least I'd say (so you'd have a empty stomach).

    See what a rep says though.


    Also could you not just wake up at your normal time, have the alphamine and then wait half an hour and have your protein shake?

    Ideally it is an empty stomach i.e. first thing upon rising.
