    The strongest thermogenic I have tried! Kicks in very fast. I used Alphamine at 2 scoops in the morning and 1 scoop in the afternoon for 4 weeks. I lost significant bodyfat without losing any lean mass. Time to get more!

    I have run thru my first tub, and though given my erratic schedules I have not lost weight as such, as I would with OEP, but trainers and everyone have mentioned that I have gained LBM and a good bit of that. this has had a leaning effect on me substantially and it looks like the appetite suppression is a bit hit and miss for me personally.

    Have loved Alpha-Vol or RL, my dislike for FP keeps growing.

    I have run this with Erase and D-Pol. Also in the play is Inhibit P, after recos. from the SNS crew here I have taken it up to see how it helps me and I must say it has.

    I am going to phase out some Erase and go full mental and put Alpha T2 for some belly fat loss now.

    I do not have access to a gym, I travel with my gym which is Basically BodyLastics and if I am lucky a working elliptical at Hampton Inn . And despite improved cardio response as most have stated in the thread, I think the biggest improvement for me has been the leaning effect. I would probably die trying to lift a 50lb DB, but now can hit 60s and 70s with ease when I am back at Lifetime on the weekends.

    I was fatter before and I looked skinnier / thinner, I have now gone leaner, not lost weight or anything as such, but with just that, folks say I look bigger when I have actually dropped pant size from 33 to 31 and shirt size from L- to M, strange I know.

    Kudos Gang, another incredible ace!

    I just manage 3 to 3.5 scoops a day, with varying doses thru the day, and that has helped with hunger control.

    Probably a dumb question but if I start a run on alphamine, would I still take a PWO before lifting or is the alphamine enough?

    I would go with one or the other. I personally just dose Alphamine preworkout instead of substituting my doses for a pre.

    Same here. It's amazing, Alphamine is a fat burner but the energy is perfect and so clean, that it's actually my pre workout of choice.

    Thanks for the input, if i don't win this log opportunity for a PWO I think I may just give it a run. Was also really considering buying Muscle Marinade though, decisions decisions!

    I too have noticed that on those days where i eat a bit more, i still lose fat only not quite as much.

    But my musces feel a lot fuller, and it almost feels like im gaining in size.

    Whatever this has, damn it's working well.

    Useful for those days where i can't help but stray, and it still manages to lean me out.

    Im on cycle next week, but after this will be in my pct with a reduction in calories.

    Lets see if i can still gain and lean out, we shall see!!

    Also the folks at work have gone very quiet, so it's certainly working, even folks in the gym have a nose when they think im not looking.

    I still don't know which flavor I like better. Fruit Punch or Raspberry Lemonade. To be honest "Fruit Punch" does not do the fruit punch Alphamine flavor justice. It's the best tasting supplement I've ever used. So refreshing!

    How much time should be in between eating and taking alphamine? Yes, I can read the directions on the jar, but intend to use it a little bit different than some. I have no need for an appetite supressant as I am very much in control of my diet as is. I don't want to not eat, as I want to get the protein, nutrients and keep my metabolism naturally high. I do wish for the energy and fat-burning qualities. As I'm a "morning person", I really don't want to take any stimulants-including something simple like a cup of coffee- in the morning. Today, I had a small chicken breast and a baked potato at 3:45pm before taking two scoops of alphamine (as a pre-workout) at 4:45pm. I spent an hour at Crossfit from 5:20-6:20 and then came home an had a protein bar at 6:30. Had 60g protein shake at 7:45 and then a protein bar at 9. This is the kind of schedule I can see working for me. But, is that ideal for using alphamine? Thanks for any feedback!

    I was pretty crazy off alphamine today! Two hours of sleep and I was hyper as fuk!!!

    The longer you wait after dosing Alphamine the more fat burning will take place. Otherwise just wait 30-45 minutes before eating anything after dosing Alphamine. Everything looks fine how you have it set up though.

    Alphamine with at-2 a good stack?

    Doing 1.5 scoop of alphamine with 1 alpha t-2 in am and the same in the pm before work...
