  1. 30 minutes is fine. While dosing it during your feeding periods may lessen some of the benefits of the Yohimbine alkaloids the whole formula is built around much more than that. I typically dose it at least two hours after food and usually an hour before my next meal, but this just generally tends to be how the timing works out with my second serving being 5-6 hours after my first.

  2. I try to go 1 hr after food...then up to several hrs before. Just to maximize benefits...I usually do right at 2 scoops 2x a day...minimal appetite suppression or sweating for me...lil shaky maybe

  6. I enjoyed 2 scoops, 1 scoop 5 hours later when I took it. Occasionally I got a little stimmed out, but nothing I couldn't handle. After a week or so I adjusted to it.

    I will say the first time I took it I started straight with 2 scoops, and about an hour later though to myself, "man you just made a huge mistake". I was shaking, sweating bullets while sitting around and doing nothing. Took about 5 hours to wear off. I scaled back to 1 scoop twice a day for a week, then upped to 1.5 scoops for another few days, then went to two.

    1.5 scoop + 1 scoop condense +vanillean all pre workout- tomorrow moving to 2 scoops Am and 1 pm

    I think it was the yohimbe, i never used it before. I am fairly acclimated now. I am looking forward to starting my cut and using alphamine again.

    The yohimbine alkaloids in Alphamine wont give you negative effects like yohimbine hcl. I've taken both and I never noticed the negative effects from yohimbine hcl.

    Cutting and Alphamine = shredded.

    I agree. It seems to be specifically extracted for the less harsh alkaloids, yet they are plenty effective at suppressing appetite.

  13. I 100% mean this in all honesty I think addicted to alphamine now. Which is weird because at first i thought it was just another "just ok" stim sup. but now I HAVE to have it in the mornings with my breakfast. Seriously I might have to pass a drug test soon...should I be worried? (Not srs about the last part )

    This is also how I got to 2 scoops, I built up to the 2 scoops by increasing a half scoop each week and now 2 scoops in the am and 1.5 in the afternoon is perfect.

    What I have noticed is some surge of energy then lots of sweat during training. Very warm and euphoric most of the day

    When I dose Alphamine, my body temperature rose but not enough to make me sweat if I was just sitting down resting.

    When I'm in the gym though, sweating is all I do.

  25. Definitely a lot of sweat during my workout with alphamine. My first few days with alphamine there was some sweat when sitting at my desk at work, but not anymore
