    Can I stack it with notroopics (Primacetam, Anira., Choline) for study sessions?

    I'd keep the choline out because Alphamine already contains it, but racetams may be stacked safely.

    It's looking like I have less than a week left on my last tub before my break. The nervous feeling accompanied by the shakes have already set in. I will need to be strong.

    I agree man. For some reason I'm just not getting too much out of enhanced right now. I'm hoping I can figure out a dosing scheme or timing pre workout to make it a little better. If all else fails I'm just going to take ephedrine with it.

    You guys rave about this stuff so much I had to get some. It didn't come until just before my workout so I took a scoop then. I sweat a lot normally but this stuff had me completely soaked, literally, two shirts without any dry spots. I swear I was 10 lbs lighter after my cardio from water weight alone. I'm looking very forward to going through this tub.

    agree, when I stopped taking alphamine I still sweat like a monster... ended up taking a scoop yesterday before lifting legs. Bad idea. I was DRENCHED. Pools is what we talkkkkinnn bouuuuut

    Cardio days for me on Alphamine, forget about it. I'll be in a pool of sweat, the thermogenic effect in Alphamine hits hard for me.

    I have to say... I've tried alphamine at 2 scoops & thought I was going to be sick. I've tried it at 1 scoop & felt a little energy or nothing at all. Lately I've been mixing it, 1 scoop alphamine 1 scoop alcar & I feel like I'm on cloud 9. Very good together if no one has tried it. Almost like a good beer buzz. This must be what bath salts is like... ha! Give it a try....

    Please don't turn into a cannibl and blame it on alphamine. I actually love the combo of Alcar + alphamine when I'm studying for exams/pre exam time.

    4 scoops Alphamine would be similar to bath salts. Without the zombie like side effects.

    I still haven't jumped on the alcar wagon yet. From what I've read and heard from well respected members the benefits are almost too good not to use the product. I will have to add it to my list. Any time I've used it it's already been included in the product I'm taking.

    Dial back either the alpha or the ALCAR. You are getting to much aCH then. There is an upper limit to how much aCH one can utilize before you get a foggy feeling. The ALCAR donates the Acetyl group to the Choline forming the usable aCH.

    My stack has been 1 - 1.5 scoops of Enhanced, 2G Piracetam and 1 - 2G ALCAR. Holy ass is all I gotta say. The piracetam increases the aCH uptake. Thats all I got to say.

    Just finished up my 2 tubs of alphamine and 1 tub of erase pro (stacked with the 2nd tub). Overall i enjoyed the appetite suppression and mild energy boost. I practice IF and train in the AM. I am doing a recomp at -20%/+20%.

    What should I do during my 4 week break? I have a tub of Enhanced and regular Erase sitting here. Should I go clean for the next 4? Start drinking coffee? lol

    Week 9-12 Enhanced + Erase?

    ALCAR works great with alphamine or enhanced. Nothing complements a choline source like an acetate source for acetylcholine production

    You could go non-stim during the break: SS forskolin + SNS Reduce XT

    I have waited to post anything about my Alphamine experience, but here it is: I am impressed with the thermogenic effects and in result my weight-loss. In a 10-week period I went from 17% BF to 12%, doing the calculations I lost 10 lbs and virtually NONE of it was muscle mass. The most impressive part is that I have NOT done any cardio for the last 6 weeks of the period, I just cut out all of my snacking on cookies and such. The first 4 weeks I was prepping my a 100-mile cycling event so I did not care what I ate, but now I am a bit more conscientious.

    My overall stack is from PES: Erase, Anabeta, Alphamine, Forskolin-95. I have maintained mass and strength while losing BF.
