Hows the diet and training?

I totally agree and this is why I am using alphamine. To use as a tool to assist with diet and training. I would much rather have my physique change without movement on the scales. That is my goal anyways.

Tried raspberry lemonade today, it was delicious but fruit punch is a bit better in my eyes. I'm going to try 1 scoop RL and 1 scoop FP mixed later. Has anyone tried this yet?

I'm thinking since I like raspberry recoverpro mixed with FP alphamine this will be similar if not better. Can't wait!

As far as mixtures go, I don't do two scoops of Alphamine at once as it doesn't allow me to each much at all after my workout so I've been dosing 1 scoop with 1 scoop of Condense (Crisp Apple). O MAN, it's amazing tasting.

Idk about the paranoid part but it sure puts me in a good mood.

Yesterday I missed my two doses of Alphamine because I called out from work and had left it there. Felt depressed all day thinking about it lmao. I just took my first dose and I feel back to normal :-) after missing a day u sure realize it more what it truly does in all aspects. Again good job PES

Sipping on RL and FP at the moment and I'm in heaven!

What I put in my review about it.

I'm definitely a bigger fan of fruit punch but the RL is pretty damn good as well. I've been mixing 1 scoop RL with 1 scoop FP and it is a great combo! I think it's safe to say alphamine is the drink they serve in heaven!
