I have a question that may be dumb... Lol. Any issue with mixing ALCAR powder with my Alphamine dose? Reason I ask is ALCAR is pretty acidic. Since I would dose both twice a day, at the same time, it would be convenient to mix them.
I had to work midnight shift last night (project I am involved in had some stuff going on and I wanted to be there). So yesterday I took 1 scoop upon waking like I have been, than skipped the afternoon dose, and took it on the way to work at 10PM. I did not even yawn until about 5 in the morning. I got home, slept for like an hour when my kids woke me, and took my normal morning dose. I just now took my afternoon dose, a little later than normal. So far I feel pretty good, and thats with 1 hour sleep in about 36 hours. Now I would not recomend making a habit of missing sleep, but Alphamine certainly made it go a lot smoother than it would have normally. I am skipping my workout today, gonna hang around the house and sleep a good 10+ hours tonight and workout tomorrow. I'll just make the missed session up on an off day. And tomorrow I'll start the 2 scoop dosing in the AM.
Just took 2 scoops, going to workout in about an hour. This will be my first Alphamine workout as I had been going to the gym in the early evening do to work. Gonna start doing early morning fasted workouts again. My diet has sucked the past 3 days, my internal clock is screwed up beyond mention, but I'm gonna attempt a PR on overhead press anyhow lol.
Alphamine Initial Impressions:
So far this is only my second day of Alphamine so I can't comment on the "recomping" effects by any means but I can comment on what I've experienced.
+ Mental Clarity - Within 20 minutes of dosing a scoop (or two) of Alphamine, my brain is just clutter free. A nice euphoric feeling where I just feel absolutely great. I can see how this will really assist someone who is dieting heavy by keeping them in a good mood.
+ Thermo Effect - Once Alphamine starts to kick in, it feels like someone turned on a heater. You can feel the sweat setting up to pour.
+ Clean Energy Boost - No jitters here (not with one scoop, not with two scoops). Instead, Alphamine provides a nice motivational "oomph" to your step. Combined with the mental clarity, this stuff will have you wanting to do something productive.
+ Mixability- Three stirs and it's ready to drink. Nothing else left to say.
I'm sure there will be more benefits noticed as my run continues. I'd like to also throw out that so far from my experience the appetite suppression isn't a "I don't feel like eating anything" suppression, but more of a "I fixed way too much food. There's no way I can eat all of this" suppression. You may not notice it until you're half way into a meal and then you'll have to break out the tupperware or aluminum foil (aluminium foil if you're Ben).

Had an up and down workout. Hit my PR on shoulder press, even did an extra rep at the new weight. Started to feel funny, did another movement and decided to call it a day. I am not attributing this at all to Alphamine, its more the past few days, being awake for 40+ hours, and then only sleeping like 5. Also diet was screwed up completely this weekend. I'll get rest all day today and I am finally hungry, so I play eating really good today and picking back up tomorrow.
Yeah ABE and Anabeta are 2 of my favorite supplements. I was thinking the crushed appetite I get from Alphamine + the increased hunger from ABE would even out lol..
However I just want to keep focusing on straight fat loss so I am going to run Alphamine for 8 weeks with some basics, maybe toss an AI or another goody after 4 weeks
Nuts are always good for in between meals or when u can't control hunger. Always helps. Try a handful of Almonds, walnuts or pistachios.
