Going through my supp stash putting together a cutting stack to start march. Going to a leangains diet, moderate carbs on workout days(4), low carb on off days(3), with a refeed on squat day. Came up with this:
Alphamine 2 scoops preworkout upon waking, one scoop 4 hours later.
Vanillean 3 caps a day
1 cap Anabolic Pump, 1 cap Slintensity before my first meal, on workout days only. This will be a high carb meal.
Nutraplanet Green Tea caps, 3 a day.
Feeding window is 11 am to 7 pm, workout is 5 am. I will use BCAAs according to leangains protocol on workout days. I already have enough of the supps above for a three month period, as i purchased them during various sales.
My alphamine comes in today! It's going to be a great workout tonight! Been on break from for it for around a month but ready to get back on.
