Pre Workout: Assault by MusclePharm and N.O Xplode by BSN
Night time: Casein by ON
Moring and in between meals Protein: Combat Powder by MusclePharm
Glutamine: GL3 L-Glutamine by AST
BCAA: 3:1:2 by MusclePharm
L-Carnitine by NOW
Green Tea by NOW I want to drop this...
Multi by ON
Fish Oil by ON
Test Cyclo Bolan NT

If there are better products out there for any of these category's let me know.
If I need to drop or add anything let me know please.
If you can give me your stack and tell me why its better then mine!

What are your goals?

This would be basic for bulk/cut:
Post Workout: Protocol, then any kind of protein (hydro builder is overpriced and kinda a ridiculous product, buy creapure seperate and for cheap)
Pre Workout: Craze, WF, Superpump Max, BCS Labs Phenom Amped (assault is alright, scrap the BSN)
Night time: Unnecessary, hit protein macros during the day, if not, cottage cheese, food, casein is overpriced
Moring and in between meals Protein: Combat Powder by MusclePharm - over supplementing protein, try and eat more whole food
Glutamine: GL3 L-Glutamine by AST - useless
BCAA: 3:1:2 by MusclePharm - pointless if bulking, and/or taking alongside food.
L-Carnitine by NOW - why?
Green Tea by NOW I want to drop this...
Multi by ON - switch to OT
Fish Oil by ON - Switch to Oximega
Test Cyclo Bolan NT :confused:

yeah what are your goals? are you just trying to stick to the staple supplements or are you looking for more products to create a natty stack?

i would change your aminos. the only proven ratio is 2:1:1 so i like to stick to that.

My goals are to game some muscle not fat. I have already cut as much as i would like and now i want to pack on the pounds of muscle.
