Ok so they say don't take the ECA stack if you are taking a pre-workout. Well here is my problem.
I wake up at 6 and go to bed at 11. If I take a dose every 4 hours it should go something like this.
6 ECA
10 ECA
2 ECA
1) I workout at 5 or 6. Can I take a pre-workout at 5 or not?
2) I want to add Sildenafil to my pre-workout...bad idea on this stack?
Pre-workouts currently on hand:
ASGT
Mesomorph
naNO Vapor(it was free...)
Assualt(don't like it that much)
Lit-up(it's coming in)
C4(it's coming in...thank you cellucore)
Hermo-rate ultra concentrated(thank you Nutrex)
Black powder(the stick)
