Maybe someday if I start using anabolics I can mask that better, but ah.... very impressive my friend. I also gotta say your leanness is giving me good motivation for my current recomp. You looked big in the video with your shirt on, but topless (no homo) you look ****ing massive. Good stuff man, keep it up.

And just so I am not completely thread jacking.... Volcom, I 100% feel you on the spanish bambino drive bro, my ex was part spanish / columbian and she wanted to procreate like the human race was @ stake haha! Hang in there champ!

I have to agree with what everyone else has said viking. Your back looks awesome. You look awesome from the front and sides as well, but the back is just amazing. Like Volc said, lots of guys have well developed chest and arms, but hardly no one has the back to go with it. Most guys aren't willing to put in the hard work required to achieve those results.

Your insertion points are ridiculously low and Volc was right on by comparing it to that of a Dorian Yates. Not quite as developed "yet" but the potential is there for you to build a world class back.

Keep doing what your doing as it's obviously working. I'd love to see you do a hardcore, but controlled bulk for a little while to see how much mass you could pile on. Still training in those really high rep ranges?

475lbs for 12, yes, post it. Short of competitive power lifters, 475 for 12 is an uncommon feat of strength. I've done 475 for 6, but that was everything I had (and not something I can repeat every time), 12 at that weight is YouTube highlight quality.

I've been itching to post my 120 reps drop set, on the One Arm Hammer Rows; 6 plates x 10 reps across, descending down to 1 plate, but I have no form of video captioning.

All Dead lift, or pose down videos are welcomed. I'm a serious strength AND bodybuilding fan, so I can appreciate both world's immensely.

Bro, thanks a lot for the compliments !!

- I'd love to do a 'mild' bulk again ! REALLY, I feel like I'm at the stage in my life where my training and eating is at it's all time best, and my body is responding to everything I'm doing atm. To see a step beyond 245 lbs would've been neat, but I'd once again grow out of my clothes again, and I'm never happy about that. LOL. Then there's the competition coming up on Nov 1st. Labrada Nutrition NPC Texas BB Show in Stafford, Texas. It's no more than an hour away from where I live, and it's about damn time I get my Norwegian a$$ on that stage ! So I'm sort of stuck in the middle at this point. I'm growing some dense muscles nowadays, and I'd love to see how much I could've piled on while keeping my bodyfat in a decent range.

- I've got to consider both paths . . a Bulk for further size and shape improvement . . or a contest cut for my all-time slized and dized conditioning . . I've got to decide soon !

Damn bro...I didn't realize you were still planning on doing that show or considering it at least. For some reason I thought that wasn't in the plans anymore. I guess I imagine things Hell yea man do the show. It would be a great experience and it's one that I hope to have one day. Once the shows over do an all out bulk the first couple weeks afterwards and just watch the muscle pile on. Everyone I know who competes says the best gains of their life (both quality and quantity) are made directly after a show.
