I've decided to give White Flood by controlled labs, a solo run. (Originally inspired by a ridiculously vascular, Texan Viking here at AM.)
I'm an infamous "stacker" of supplements and cycles, never running a supplement in an exclusive manner. This is normally because I run supplement logs with a set of objectives at the end of the tunnel to which I hope to achieve (more muscle and/or less fat) and my experiments with supplements haven't ever been for the sake of experimentation and scrutiny, but experiencing the journey of stacks of cross cultural breeding (multiple supplements from various companies) with a set purpose of attaining a certain physiological morph when its all done. However, this time, the point of my supplementation is not intentionally for the sake of losing weight or gaining muscle, but merely scrutinizing the supplement from a performance enhancement point of view.
I have been a skeptic of NO supplements for years. White Flood boasts of their classical Arginine and Ornithine synergy and the Russian myth, Inosine. Those are the only two ingredients I've had personal false experiences with, however, I'm willing to give the White Flood matrix a try. Perhaps their full spectrum of combined ingredients will make me a believer.
If I get stronger, great, if I lose weight due to it's boasting of excess energy, even better, but my primary focus is White Flood's direct effect to performance enhancement during a workout.
I'll be sipping on White Flood pre and the bulk of it during my workouts.
P.S. I'm a strength & conditioning specialist and I'm training my friend and workout partner Zack, who'll be flying out to Colorado for a fight at the end of July, and will be filmed for a new Mtv Realities series. I've put him on a power program, therefore, we may or may not see plyo's and power exercises making their way into my log. In the case that they do, it would be because I'm assisting him in his work out and that would be the only reason. Apart from that little tid bit, I'll be bodybuilding.
My order should be in by Friday.
