  3. actually i use one that looks more like this

    difference is seat is on the inside of that lap bar and the handles are curved
    i do them slow but im sure of my weight and the exercise bro. if needed i can do a vid log next time, just let me know

  11. i get home august 6th homie. theres the new weight for ya!!!! woot woot lost 8 lbs in just over 2 weeks and calculated new bf im at 12%

  12. Id up your calories even more.. 8lbs in 2 weeks is too fast, and you are likely losing a good bit of muscle.. JMO.

  13. 8 LBS is a good amount and you have decreased your intake significantly from what i know when we hang out haha. You should have worked it down slowly, but those stats sound good.     feeling great today!!! jumped on the scale shot it up to 335 and it settled down at 179.5!!!

    Shoulders:
    Military press: 3x10 80
    Delt extensions sides: 3x10 15
    Delt pull front: 3x10 20

    Triceps:
    Skullcrushers: 3x15 50
    Tricep extension: 3x15 60
    Dips: 3x15

    *cardio i went to the pool again....god i love the lifeguards here. can anyone say 7 digits?

    Caloric intake: 1600 @ 60/35/5

    Water intake: 1 gallon

    Energy: 9/10
    Appetite supression: 9/10
    Rest: 10/10

  25. Did you really go from [email protected]% to [email protected]% or was your initial bodyfat estimate low?

    If you really did drop that much lean body mass that's not good....

    [email protected]% LBM = 166.17
    [email protected]% LBM = 161.92

    That's 4.25 lbs of lean body mass you lost...so you only lost 2.75 lbs of fat...
