  13. Yes if you up the cals, the great thing is REDuction + Blue UP stack should preserve muscle as well. As long as you keep the cardio up the fat should melt off of the muscle Keep up the great work!!! :bb3:

  15. not trying to make you look like an ass or anything just trying to understand but you say you did 255lbs for 6 reps on lat pulldowns? Thats A LOT of weight for you man (with strict form). Is that the machine you did 255 on? or are you confusing it with another machine?

  18. actually i use one that looks more like this

    difference is seat is on the inside of that lap bar and the handles are curved
    i do them slow but im sure of my weight and the exercise bro. if needed i can do a vid log next time, just let me know

  26. i get home august 6th homie. theres the new weight for ya!!!! woot woot lost 8 lbs in just over 2 weeks and calculated new bf im at 12%

  27. Id up your calories even more.. 8lbs in 2 weeks is too fast, and you are likely losing a good bit of muscle.. JMO.

  28. 8 LBS is a good amount and you have decreased your intake significantly from what i know when we hang out haha. You should have worked it down slowly, but those stats sound good.
