    I am taking in clients now for training..but until I have a real solid base, I don't want to go giving up my steady pay and benefits just yet. I can't stand the job but dental/medical, 401k, vision, and 2 weeks worth of paid time off isn't something i'm going to toss until I know I can afford those things on my own

  3. Yeah, good luck with quiting your jobs guys, seriously. Collecting a paycheck is great and all, but it has to be something you enjoy, otherwise I feel it just isn't worth the stress and the ill effects it brings. It's great to feel happy for 8 hours instead of feeling down in the dumps for 8 hours and angry at the world, not that I've ever been bitter about a job, lol. Good luck, and I hope you guys find one that makes your day. It's amazing how much better everything in your body works and how you feel when your happy.

  4. what sucks is that when you're miserable with your job...it's not like you're only angry those 8 hours. It starts hours beforehand when the realization that you have to work settles in...and it lasts at least an hour after so you can blow off steam from all the BS you endured during the past 8. We're looking at a solid 10-11 hours a day of hating everything, haha.

    It's not in my nature to be that way either. I definitely need a change.

    Decent sleep. Nothing special. CRAZY dreams. Too many different chapters to list haha...

    I am going to continue the "protein" scoop administration.

    Morning Energy: Good energy, i had a lot of running around to do so i woke up, ate and heading out the door.

    Diet:
    Meal 1 - 8oz Top Round, 1/2 Green Pepper, 1/2 Onion, 1/2c Oatmeal, Handful of Blueberries, 4 Strawberries

    Meal 2 - Wegman's Turkey Wrap on Wheat Wrap

    Meal 3 - Can of Albacore Tuna, 1/2c Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Handful of Blueberries, 4 Strawberries, Celery

    Meal 4 (Intra-Workout) - 1 Scoop Isopure, BCAAs, etc.

    Meal 5 - Supershake - 2 scoops Whey, 1/2c Oatmeal, Fruits

    Meal 6 - Coconut Chicken w/ Cauliflower

    Supplementation:
    11:00am - 1 USP Labs Anabolic Pump, 1 NP Fish Oil, 1 Bayer Multi Vitamin
    4:30pm - MST Ragnorok Sample!!!!!
    5:30pm - 6 Scoops Scivation Xtend, 1 Scoop Isopure WPI, 2g Taurine

    b. Behind the head seated Dumbbell Extensions - Palms facing - 60 reps, 45lbs, ~8 sets

  11. Looking great in here brother! i like the protein scoop administration. If it still seems like a lot of material to get under the tongue then you can use two 3 gram servings.

    I had decent sleep last night even though i didn't use Somnidren GH. I have been messing with different combination's, i will elaborate on these differences at a later time.

    I was absolutely dead. We were at the lake all weekend and i spent most of the weekend chasing the boat around in the water. Great cardio. I took 4 nights off of Somnidren GH use because i started to feel a little bit of tolerance building. I havent been feeling the feet tingling feeling or the lack of breath that i have come to love with the Somnidren.

    The break was well needed. Last night i had an intense feeling of numbness/tingling in my extremities. I had the 1000lbs weight on my body feeling, etc. I am happy to note this.

    Morning Energy: Slept in but i had a busy, busy day.

    Diet:
    Do yourself a favor and check my food log (link in my sig). I kept pretty good track of it today and i plan on keeping it that way, pix and info.

    Supplementation:
    11:00am - 1 USP Labs Anabolic Pump, 1 NP Fish Oil, 1 Bayer Multi Vitamin
    4:30pm - 2 ALRI Venom Hyperdrive 2.0 (whoa)

  20. In the picture of you benching with the purple bands, are the bands doubled? If so that's a pretty nice bench. I suck with doubled purples. Horribly. Some good ideas on how to rig the bands up though because my pl gym is closing and it looks like I am heading to a local LA Fitness.
