Quality of Prior Nights Sleep: NO SOMNIDREN USE.

I slept terribly. My girlfriend didn't get in until about 2am, about 10 minutes after i fell asleep the first time. I woke up to talk to her and could not get back to sleep. I remember seeing 3:00am blinking on the alarm clock. I woke up at about 9am, ate my first meal and laid down on the couch. I woke up at 2pm! I could not get rested.

I have really been slamming at the gym and i think it is catching up to me. This is the point where i REALLY appreciate the Somnidren. I cannot wait to take it tonight so i can get some recuperative sleep.

Morning Energy: On a scale of 1 to 10; 1. Terrible. I could not open my eyes, could not answer simple questions, etc. I have a feeling this is due to my heavy good mornings the other night.

Meal 1 - 7 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 3oz Grilled Chicken, Handful of Blueberries, 4 Sliced Strawberries and 1/2c Old Fashioned Oatmeal

Meal 2 - Supershake - 2 scoops whey, Handful of Blueberries, 4 Strawberries, Handful of baby carrots, 3g Taurine (calf cramps)

Meal 6 - (Pictured below) - 6oz Jumbo Shrimp in 2T EVOO, Lemon Juice and Garlic , 1c Brown Rice, 1.5c Broccoli

Supplementation:

Quality of Prior Nights Sleep: SOMNIDREN USE

Good sleep. The somnidren allowed me to calm down, i had a lot on my mind and was thinking quite a bit.

I did dose a little differently last night. I measured out 1 scoop and dumped it into a larger "protein" scoop. This seemed to make it a little easier to dump under the tongue.

Morning Energy: Good energy, i woke up and went to the gym during the day so i could have a Friday night with my girl.

Diet:
Meal 1 - 7 egg whites, 1 whole egg, Handful of Blueberries, 4 Sliced Strawberries and 1/2c Old Fashioned Oatmeal

Meal 2 - Supershake - 2 scoops whey, Handful of Blueberries, 4 Strawberries, Handful of baby carrots

Meal 3 (IntraWorkout) - 1 scoops Isopure, BCAAs, etc.

Meal 4 - Supershake - 2.5 scoops whey, Handful of Blueberries, 4 Strawberries, Handful of baby carrots, Quaker Weight Smart Oatmeal Packet

Meal 5 - Can of Albacore Tuna, 1/2c Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Handful of Blueberries, 4 Strawberries, Celery

Meal 6 - Cheat Meal - Lean Cuisine Chicken Alfrado and some Oreo's. I had to.

Supplementation:
11:00am - 1 USP Labs Anabolic Pump, 1 NP Fish Oil, 1 Bayer Multi Vitamin
2:00pm - 2 BSN Atrophex, 2.5mg Yohimbine
2:45pm - 6 Scoops Scivation Xtend, 1 Scoop Isopure WPI, 2g Taurine
4:00pm - Meal 4
11:30am - 1 Serving of MST Somnidren GH, 1 Serving MST ZMK

I am thinking of mega-dosing USP Labs SuperCissus Rx. More on this later.

Training: DYNAMIC EFFORT, LOWER BODY

a. 14" Box Squat - 245lbs - 8 sets, 2 reps
b. Band Resisted Speed Sumo Deadlifts - See pictures below - 135+Doubled Blacks - 6 sets, 2 reps
c. Seated Purple Band Single Leg Hamstring Curls - x15, x14
d. Hyperextensions - x15, x15, x15
e. Barbell Shrugs - 315x15, 335x15, 355x15, 225x40
f. 5 Minute Bicep Blast
No Ab work, abs were too sore.

Cardio/GPP Work: None. BUT i am dragging the sled today (saturday)...

Mood: Decent, Happy, A lot on my mind...

BREAKING NEWS:

Um, i am putting in my two weeks notice at the YMCA today. I think i need a little break before i go back to school. Wish me luck, haha.

Thanks for watching!!!

I hear you. I have a few jobs so the income from this job was not an issue. That means quite a bit when making the decisions.

Good Luck with your decisions...

I am taking in clients now for training..but until I have a real solid base, I don't want to go giving up my steady pay and benefits just yet. I can't stand the job but dental/medical, 401k, vision, and 2 weeks worth of paid time off isn't something i'm going to toss until I know I can afford those things on my own

Yeah, good luck with quiting your jobs guys, seriously. Collecting a paycheck is great and all, but it has to be something you enjoy, otherwise I feel it just isn't worth the stress and the ill effects it brings. It's great to feel happy for 8 hours instead of feeling down in the dumps for 8 hours and angry at the world, not that I've ever been bitter about a job, lol. Good luck, and I hope you guys find one that makes your day. It's amazing how much better everything in your body works and how you feel when your happy.

what sucks is that when you're miserable with your job...it's not like you're only angry those 8 hours. It starts hours beforehand when the realization that you have to work settles in...and it lasts at least an hour after so you can blow off steam from all the BS you endured during the past 8. We're looking at a solid 10-11 hours a day of hating everything, haha.

It's not in my nature to be that way either. I definitely need a change.

Boro...sorry for the mini hijack bro.
