    Date: 07/15/2008

Quality of Prior Nights Sleep: NO SOMNIDREN USE.

I slept terribly. My girlfriend didn't get in until about 2am, about 10 minutes after i fell asleep the first time. I woke up to talk to her and could not get back to sleep. I remember seeing 3:00am blinking on the alarm clock. I woke up at about 9am, ate my first meal and laid down on the couch. I woke up at 2pm! I could not get rested.

I have really been slamming at the gym and i think it is catching up to me. This is the point where i REALLY appreciate the Somnidren. I cannot wait to take it tonight so i can get some recuperative sleep.

Morning Energy: On a scale of 1 to 10; 1. Terrible. I could not open my eyes, could not answer simple questions, etc. I have a feeling this is due to my heavy good mornings the other night.

    Diet:

Meal 2 - Supershake - 2 scoops whey, Handful of Blueberries, 4 Strawberries, Handful of baby carrots, 3g Taurine (calf cramps)

Meal 6 - (Pictured below) - 6oz Jumbo Shrimp in 2T EVOO, Lemon Juice and Garlic , 1c Brown Rice, 1.5c Broccoli

Quality of Prior Nights Sleep: SOMNIDREN USE

Good sleep. The somnidren allowed me to calm down, i had a lot on my mind and was thinking quite a bit.

I did dose a little differently last night. I measured out 1 scoop and dumped it into a larger "protein" scoop. This seemed to make it a little easier to dump under the tongue.

Morning Energy: Good energy, i woke up and went to the gym during the day so i could have a Friday night with my girl.

    Diet:
Meal 1 - 7 egg whites, 1 whole egg, Handful of Blueberries, 4 Sliced Strawberries and 1/2c Old Fashioned Oatmeal

Meal 2 - Supershake - 2 scoops whey, Handful of Blueberries, 4 Strawberries, Handful of baby carrots

Meal 3 (IntraWorkout) - 1 scoops Isopure, BCAAs, etc.

Meal 4 - Supershake - 2.5 scoops whey, Handful of Blueberries, 4 Strawberries, Handful of baby carrots, Quaker Weight Smart Oatmeal Packet

Meal 5 - Can of Albacore Tuna, 1/2c Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Handful of Blueberries, 4 Strawberries, Celery

Meal 6 - Cheat Meal - Lean Cuisine Chicken Alfrado and some Oreo's. I had to.

    Supplementation:
11:00am - 1 USP Labs Anabolic Pump, 1 NP Fish Oil, 1 Bayer Multi Vitamin
    2:00pm - 2 BSN Atrophex, 2.5mg Yohimbine
    2:45pm - 6 Scoops Scivation Xtend, 1 Scoop Isopure WPI, 2g Taurine
    4:00pm - Meal 4
11:30am - 1 Serving of MST Somnidren GH, 1 Serving MST ZMK

I am thinking of mega-dosing USP Labs SuperCissus Rx. More on this later.

    Training: DYNAMIC EFFORT, LOWER BODY

    a. 14" Box Squat - 245lbs - 8 sets, 2 reps
    b. Band Resisted Speed Sumo Deadlifts - See pictures below - 135+Doubled Blacks - 6 sets, 2 reps
    c. Seated Purple Band Single Leg Hamstring Curls - x15, x14

No Ab work, abs were too sore.

Cardio/GPP Work: None. BUT i am dragging the sled today (saturday)...

Mood: Decent, Happy, A lot on my mind...

I hear you. I have a few jobs so the income from this job was not an issue. That means quite a bit when making the decisions.

    Good Luck with your decisions...

I am taking in clients now for training..but until I have a real solid base, I don't want to go giving up my steady pay and benefits just yet. I can't stand the job but dental/medical, 401k, vision, and 2 weeks worth of paid time off isn't something i'm going to toss until I know I can afford those things on my own

Yeah, good luck with quiting your jobs guys, seriously. Collecting a paycheck is great and all, but it has to be something you enjoy, otherwise I feel it just isn't worth the stress and the ill effects it brings. It's great to feel happy for 8 hours instead of feeling down in the dumps for 8 hours and angry at the world, not that I've ever been bitter about a job, lol. Good luck, and I hope you guys find one that makes your day. It's amazing how much better everything in your body works and how you feel when your happy.

what sucks is that when you're miserable with your job...it's not like you're only angry those 8 hours. It starts hours beforehand when the realization that you have to work settles in...and it lasts at least an hour after so you can blow off steam from all the BS you endured during the past 8. We're looking at a solid 10-11 hours a day of hating everything, haha.

It's not in my nature to be that way either. I definitely need a change.

Boro...sorry for the mini hijack bro.

Looking great in here brother! i like the protein scoop administration. If it still seems like a lot of material to get under the tongue then you can use two 3 gram servings.

Glad to hear you liked the Rok!

    Keep up the great work!

Quality of Prior Nights Sleep: SOMNIDREN/ZMK USE
I was absolutely dead. We were at the lake all weekend and i spent most of the weekend chasing the boat around in the water. Great cardio. I took 4 nights off of Somnidren GH use because i started to feel a little bit of tolerance building. I havent been feeling the feet tingling feeling or the lack of breath that i have come to love with the Somnidren.

The break was well needed. Last night i had an intense feeling of numbness/tingling in my extremities. I had the 1000lbs weight on my body feeling, etc. I am happy to note this.

Morning Energy: Slept in but i had a busy, busy day.

    Diet:
Do yourself a favor and check my food log (link in my sig). I kept pretty good track of it today and i plan on keeping it that way, pix and info.

    4:30pm - 2 ALRI Venom Hyperdrive 2.0 (whoa)
    5:30pm - 6 Scoops Scivation Xtend, 1 Scoop Isopure WPI, 2g Taurine, 4g Beta-Alanine, 6g Glutamine
12:30am - 1 Serving of MST Somnidren GH, 1 Serving MST ZMK

    Training: DYNAMIC EFFORT, UPPER BODY

    a. Flat Bench Press - No bands/chains - 175lbs - 10 sets, 3 reps - 3 close grip, 3 conventional grip, 4 wide grip
    b. Floor Laying DB Tricep Extensions - (Pause on floor w/ each rep) 50 lbs, 60reps, ~6 sets.

In the picture of you benching with the purple bands, are the bands doubled? If so that's a pretty nice bench. I suck with doubled purples. Horribly. Some good ideas on how to rig the bands up though because my pl gym is closing and it looks like I am heading to a local LA Fitness.

    Thanks.
Yeah, they are doubled purple. Ouch.

The 'heavy-ass' dumbbell approach works pretty well for me. Good luck with LA fitness

Quality of Prior Nights Sleep: SOMNIDREN/ZMK USE
Last night (Sunday night) was my last ZMK dose. There are a few broken pills at the bottom of the bottle that i will attempt to use. I still have about a weeks worth of Somnidren left.
This is a sad day, ZMK is a great product and it will be missed in my supplement arsenal. As far as my remaining Somnidren doses, i am going to attempt to get the most out of the recovery mechanisms. I will be using my remaining ~5 doses after my max effort days only. I seem to have the most issues sleeping after max effort days, probably due to CNS fatigue.

Morning Energy: Great energy, i had to work later in the afternoon so i trained early. My training went well but it was a tad behind pace because i was training a friend at the same time.

    Diet:
    Borobulker's "mlog"

Diet was on chart, pretty high carb day.

    Supplementation:
9:00am - 1 USPlabs Anabolic Pump, 1 NP Fish Oil, 1 Bayer Multi Vitamin
10:00am - 1 USPlabs ReCreate, 1 Sample packet of VPX NO Shotgun v2
    11:00am - 3 USPlabs PowerFULL, 6 Scoops Scivation Xtend, 1 Scoop Isopure WPI, 2g Taurine, 4g Beta-Alanine, 6g Glutamine
    12:30am - 2 USPlabs PowerFULL, 1 scoop of MST Somnidren-GH

    Training: DYNAMIC EFFORT, UPPER BODY

    a. Dynamic Bench Press - 10 sets, 3 reps - 135+black bands
a2. Band only - 30 reps, as fast as possible
    b. Tate Presses - 60 reps, 50x15x4
    c. Rear delt flye - 150x15, 150x12
    c.2 Red band side laterals - x12, x10
    d. Face pulls - 120x12, 120x11, 120x11
    e. Standing Ab work

    Cardio/GPP Work: None.

Mood: Great day, started my new job and it was freakin' awesome. I love it.
    Thanks again Mullet!!!!!!!

    BREAKING NEWS:
    I wanna get swole.

Oops, missed that one,or did I? Anyways gratz on the new job boss!! It's amazing how being in a good mood and being happy with what you do can affect everything in a positive manner, it's very overlooked. Getting a paycheck is great, but it's even greater getting paid for enjoying what you do. If your miserable, im my opinion, no amount of money is enough. best of luck man, you deserve it!! Oh, almost forgot, thanks for the lack of food pics, I'm trying to lose a few pounds, lol, not hat your stuff is unhealthy, it just makes me hungry!!

Thanks so much buddy, it means a lot.
USP is the bomb, they are easily the most innovative and structured company i have been involved with.

As far as the lack of food pictures, if you need appetite stimulation, check out my "mlog" (link in my sig)...

    Quality of Prior Nights Sleep:
It has been over a week since I used Somnidren-GH as I ran out last week. I can say that I have noticed a few things. Delayed onset Muscle Soreness has increased. Although, I am not often effected by DOMS I have seen an increase in it this week.
I have had a few nights where I am staring at the ceiling wishing I still had some MST Somnidren-GH and/or ZMK.

I will be supplementing with ZMK and I will also add MVP in the near future. My sleep quality is not near what it was while using Somnidren.

Morning Energy: It has been hard to get up lately. As a matter of fact, I slept in until about noon today. I find it a little harder to wake up than it did while I was using Somnidren-GH and ZMK.

My sleep has not been nearly as recuperative and as I mentioned above, I have been experiencing mild DOMS.

Im sad to see that you're being affected so poorly by the lack of product...but I can't say i'm surprised. These products really have a great deal of effect on your body in your sleep so you really notice when you stop using them.

Thank you for a very detailed log Boro...I appreciate it!
