Found this little gem tonight whilst shopping.
I am a huge fan of drinking a quart of chocolate milk after a hard workout (sometimes with some Tiger Milk bars...mmmm).
2.5 grams of fat, 1.5 g saturated
12g sugar per 8 ounces
9g of protein
sweetened with Splenda
Now, it is a tad "odd" since it seems there is a LOT of carageenan in it. It makes it a little gummy, but the chocolate taste is dead on. Splenda is by far the best non-caloric sweetener and with regular chocolate milk running 25-35grams of sugar per 8 ounces, this is highly superior.
Should be worth picking up.
