Workout was really good. Had an awesome pump and felt good. Strength is being maintained so far. I'm going to change the rep scheme a little bit.
Lan, rms, thrill, or any AM guy, what do guys think about upping the dosage to 12 instead of 9 starting tommorow and seeing how that does for this next week.
