    progressing to the 80lbs dumbells that quickly is quite an accomplishment, 10lbs in incline DB press is not a little increase, keep it up!

    Can an AN rep chime in on whether or not IGF-2 would be just as beneficial for bulking?

    Currently taking DS supps ActiVate and Rebound Reloaded (anti - estrogen), any idea if it would be a problem to take with those?

    I get them every time I do the standing calf raise or squat on the hammer strength machines at my gym. So technically they aren't stretch marks, as they go away a week or so later. But they look exactly the same. Not saying this is what you are seeing, just saying maybe it's a possibility.

    Also, have you considered switching up your rep ranges as a way to see improved gains?
    Yeah figured it out lan, they were from the front squats. Haha, would have been cool if my traps were growing that much though!

    Lan, rms, thrill, or any AM guy, what do guys think about upping the dosage to 12 instead of 9 starting tommorow and seeing how that does for this next week.

    Dude, I really love this product. I've lost 8-9 lbs in 32 days and I've gotten stronger during the time! simply awesome! I've cut at this same pace before and my lifts would suffer immensely.

    I can't imagine the gains that you could get with that stack. Def use that with a bulk!

    Short answer, yes. Bear in mind... you're monitoring muscle on a bulk.... not overall weight. You may lose fat while gaining muscle.

    I am pumped about taking down those 90 lb dumbells on incline. I feel great about that. Lifts are all going up, and it feels great. Today, I had one hell of a pump...it was simply awesome.

    Sleep has been really deep the past 3 days. I always get 8 hours of sleep and wake up before my alarm clock. I am sleeping though my loud ass alarm clock and my roommate is getting pissed.

    You guys have finally got me...I will TRY MY HARDEST AND TAKE PICTURES TONIGHT!!! I admit I haven't lost my love handles yet...if you look in my pictures I have a whole lot of fat, sadly. I am working on it. I didn't want to take an extreme cut...and I like what I'm doing right now which seems to be putting on some muscle while cutting fat. Take in mind, the pictures might not be good quality because I will be taking them by myself.

    i am really thinking about this stuff and using it at 12 per day for my post cycle therapy. i want to keep gaining while i'm off cycle. but its hard to justify $50 for 20 days. on the other hand, if the shyt works, its worth the cash.

    what do you think Lanbane? Do you think I'd be able to continue making gains during PCT if I use a SERM, XLean and IGF-2?

    Good workout..not bad. BB rows went up today...felt good about that. Back felt really sore from yesterday...I was supposed to do legs today, but they were way too sore from playing flag football. Body's not used to doing sprints for 45 min and they were sore as crap today. Haven't really had much DOMS at all during this log, but today, I got hit hard everywhere.

    I appreciate it Edwards. I took pictures but they were terrible quality. I'm going to get my roommate to take them.

    Yeah, I guess I was saying that because I am no where close to my goal body. I'd say it's been great progress for a month though! Lose 10 more lbs of fat if I can do that in 5 weeks again...I can be close to where I need to be.

    IGF-2 sure wouldn't hurt anything....... Drive may be a better fit for you however, if you can wait a bit longer. RPM seems well suited in the PCT arena as well.

    Strength is still up. Put up 155 lbs on the barbell for shoulder press which was awesome. Looking leaner and dropped to 196.

    Strength was about the same on the bench and incline but the triceps exercises increased in strength. I felt this was pretty good since I only got 3.5 hours of sleep last night. I've been putting hard hours for an organic test. I have to do good on this test, and I figured a couple nights without "great" sleep will have to do.

    Anyway, I have big goal coming up. We're having a beach weekend trip in less than a month (October 12). I want to be 190 lbs by the that trip which would coincide with the end of this log. I WILL REACH THAT GOAL!!!

    Alright sorry for the lack of updates, I have been sick and been studying for my organic chemistry test. I aced that test and got back in the gym on thursday and friday.

    Leg day was great. I put up 3 plates and they felt awesome. Strength is moving up again. Libido hasn't been as high as it as been but I'm pretty sure being sick might have been something to do with that.

    Aggression has been awesome. I love the feeling of going to a bar on the night of a workout because I still have the after effects of RPM. I'm of course completely sober, but I get a higher alpha male mentality picking up girls.

    Going with a little different rep scheme...yeah its not much just with some exercises switching it up to 6 or 8, but I don't want anything drastic on a calorie deficit. Got a crazy back pump on this workout on Friday. I know strength would have been a lot better but I was aiming for a short workout because I had to get a lot of stuff done yesterday(driving 4 hours before a storm). I got mostly 30 sec breaks between all sets and exercises and finished in 30 min instead of my usual 50 min. I'd say it was a pretty damn intense workout.

    Again, like the previous, libido hasn't been as high. I will say this...after switching to 12 does... I've had some wacky ass dreams. I've not betting getting those "awesome ones" but instead I wake up in a fury about like wanting to beat up the pizza man because he gave me the wrong toppings on my pizza. Seriously, that's weird on two levels...I haven't eaten pizza in forever and I don't want to beat up delivery men!

    Thoughts Comments
    Sleep has been excellent, and libido has returned back to that boosted level. I think it was just that I was a little sick.

    Today, I didn't have my best workout. I actually was weaker today. I didn't bust as much weight as I should have on the bench. Hell, I've still gotten a lot stronger when I first started this log, so that still says a lot.

    Pictures just show how much progress that I have to go. This motivates to make sure that I have a damn good looking body by Spring break. Still got plenty of months and time for dedication!

    Yes you did kind sir, forgot about that, I guess he got the extension, I was wondering how he made those bottles last this long, now it all makes sense.
