Heh, I'd also like to point this out...I got some new stretch marks on my traps today. I hate those marks, but what the hell...I'm "technically" losing weight but getting bigger. It seems hard to believe but I'll post the pictures so you guys can see. |

Well at least for the last two workouts. It looks like the close grip went down a bunch but I changed the order of the workout. It just made those close grips a lot harder after bb rows and lat pulls. Energy and focus have all been amazing. We'll see if I can improve these lifts this coming week. I have high hopes. Libido and sleep have been absolutely fantastic. I'm pretty much a horny kid 15 year old all day long. |
