Good workout. I added an extra 5 lbs to the shoulder press and it didn’t feel hard at all. Weight is dropping real fast and I’ve stopped doing cardio that often. I’ve stopped my treadmill sessions that were 4-5 times a week and now I just walk to class. I think maybe the IGF-2 is working and increasing the metabolic rate.

Libido and sleep has been great.

Great news! I noticed the same thing with IGF-2, I ate a bit more, but still leaned out! Gets better with time too!

Libido got insane over the weekend. I'm really feeling the effects these days. Sleep has been pretty great too. I'm getting deep sleep and feeling refreshed after 8-9 hours.

HOLY **** STRENGTH WAS NICE TODAY. Bench was great...but the incline bench was when I was warming up and I was like this was light. I thought let me go with the 70 lb dumbbells and I took it with ease. I think I could even go with 80 lb dumbbells next workout. Oh yeah..today was the first day of RPM!

Libido is great. Yes, I did in fact take advantage of that stuff with a band party on saturday. Let's just say I brought my A game

Heck yeah, strength is rising and feels awesome. This feels nothing like cutting and I'm dropping weight and gaining strength. INCREDIBLE! I haven't gotten any increased vasularity or pumps from the RPM, but I don't think RPM is supposed to do that anyway. Nor am I looking for that. My workouts are just like on another level that I can't describe.

The weight is dropping a little bit too fast, and I think I'm going to go for 2900 calories. Any suggestions from the reps?

I'd go with 2900 and monitor some measurements and visuals. Some pics and measures will be your best bet to gauge progress. Sounds like you're doing great man!

College rec center. It's a pretty good weight room, but it gets way too crowded unless you come in before 11 AM.

Sorry for the lack of updates but I had to go home because my dad was admitted in the hospital. He's alright, but I went home for a scare, and diet went to ****. I haven't gotten weighed, but I got my workout in today.

Strength is still rising which I'm loving. These strength gains are phenomenal, and I usually don't even get these while just bulking. 80 lb dumbbells on the incline felt incredible.

Again, no side effects except some great sleep and HUGE LIBIDO!

Hey ahs4n - It looks like you really started feeling it at around 12-14 days. Is that true? I'm on day 8 and get good sleep and feel a little leaner but haven't notice anything that drastic as far as strength or libido levels.

It took me about two weeks, before that all you notice is a more restful sleep and slightly elevated libido. After the two week mark you will start to notice increased recovery time and some strength gains.

I didn't notice any real enhanced effects until day 14. I think now that RPM is in the mix is another reason that libido is really high. When I workout, I get wood during working out because of the college girls that are at the gym.

Good workout. I can't say anything except wow weight has dropped all the way to 200, and I've gained strength on the way down!!

Random note: Yeah, I got some wood while doing my lat pulls...real embarrassing, but at least I could hide it because I was sitting down on the lat machine. Can't imagine what would happen if I was doing squats and a sorority girl walked past me.

Look at the squat number nuff said. Holy damn ****, I've dropped this much weight and gotten this much stronger. This is insane..and those squats were parallel and really not that bad. I was amazed. I told my partner...maybe 280 but after warmups...I knew I got this enough for repping. This is truely amazing at how great strength has been increasing and leaning out. I LOVE IT!

good job, it takes a bit to kick in but once it does the gains are pretty good. I have noticed a leaning out effect as well.

Pretty decent workout. Everything has been just feeling great. I have to say...the results speak for themselves...and I will get some update pictures...but the best thing I love about this stack is the lack of negative side effects.

Lifts keep on going up. I think this is amazing especially with what all has been going on. I cheated a little bit this weekend because of Georgia football...but it wasn't too bad which is the reason that weight loss has stalled.

No negative side effects at all and only the higher libido and some crazy dreams. I swear I've had some of the most ridiculous dreams the past few days. I wake up and have feel like I have no idea where I am sometimes because of these dreams lol!

BTW, this new AN anabolic drive looks pretty badass...can't wait to see what its all about!

Not going to lie...this workout wasn't my best. I maintained my numbers but I had a lack of sleep last night because I had to catch up on some school work. I got a nap right before the workout, but I still felt like ****.

Numbers all stayed the same which is I guess still pretty damn good

Yep, I attend the University of Georgia.

Btw, I will get some follow up pics ASAP. I have been procrastinating on that and measurements, but I will get them.

Heh, I'd also like to point this out...I got some new stretch marks on my traps today. I hate those marks, but what the hell...I'm "technically" losing weight but getting bigger. It seems hard to believe but I'll post the pictures so you guys can see.

Workout strength has seemed to finally stall. Well at least for the last two workouts. It looks like the close grip went down a bunch but I changed the order of the workout. It just made those close grips a lot harder after bb rows and lat pulls. Energy and focus have all been amazing. We'll see if I can improve these lifts this coming week. I have high hopes.

Libido and sleep have been absolutely fantastic. I'm pretty much a horny kid 15 year old all day long.

I heard that "stretch marks" appear when you lose weight but are from getting bigger quick. Maybe they are showing up on you since you're dropping the fat.
    Can't wait to see pics.
I'm thinking of running this same stak right after my PCT in a month between H-drol cycles.
    Keep it up bud

    ahs4n,
Did you do calf raises on a machine that you bear the weight with pads on your shoulders? If yes, were the stretch marks a purplish red?
I get them every time I do the standing calf raise or squat on the hammer strength machines at my gym. So technically they aren't stretch marks, as they go away a week or so later. But they look exactly the same. Not saying this is what you are seeing, just saying maybe it's a possibility.

Also, have you considered switching up your rep ranges as a way to see improved gains?
