  1. Dumbell press I did 50 today 3 sets 6 reps.
    Shoulder shurgs 3 sets 12 reps.
    Squats 165 2 sets 6 reps.
    Leg press added another 20 pounds I believe. 2 sets 6 reps.
    Leg curl 160 this time. 1 set 6 reps.
    Calve rise another 20 extra pounds. I can't walk today. I am so sore.


  2. I benched 155 at 1 sets 6 reps.
    butterfly press 100. 1 set 6 reps. My friend had a hand job because he went in the ocean and got some sea urchents that stung him so he had surgery.
    190 cable push chest 1 sets 6 reps.
    machine bench incline 200 6 reps 2 set.
    Next week I should do 160 with my bench press.

    Crunches 5 sets 70 pounds cable pull down. 12 reps.

  3. I currently weight 132lbs. Up 2 pounds total. I am still at 10% bf or something. I will double check tomorrow at the office.

    That sucks that he got stung by sea urchins, but at least someone felt bad enough for him that they gave him a hand job. Was it a hospital volunteer?

  7. Ok I dumbell curled 40. 1 set 6 reps.
    Barbell curl bar+35 2 sets 6 reps.
    Preacher curl 50 1 sest 6 reps.
    One arm cable curl 1 set 50 each arm.
    Tricep cable pull down 60 5 sets 6 reps.
    Cable pull back thingy 30 each arm. 1 set 6 reps.
    forarm curl 100 3 sets 10 reps.

  8. Today I did back shoulder shurgs abs.

    Cable pull down 1 set 100 24hour fitness 6 reps
    Cable row 130 2 sets 6 reps
    pull up with 15lbs 2 sets 6 reps
    dead lift 6x35 + bar. 2 sets 6 reps.
    Shoulder shurgs 5 sets 12 reps 115
    abs leg lift 37.5 12 reps 2 sets.
    Ab crunch machine 150 3 sets 12 reps.
    I am down to 2 days of incarnate. I hope I can do 4 more weeks of incarnate. Rest ad I feel a sense of well being but not 100% sure if it is that or just me being not so stressed the past couple of days. I got my pictures I will load them in a few minutes. Drinking my protein shake.

    Felt good today. Did deep squats and boy did they feel awesome.

  22. Scale says im 136 lbs.

    Good product.

    So I finished what was in the bottle.

    On a scale of 1-11
    Easy to take 11
    Felt like it worked 7.5
    Would take it again 8.5
    Would recommend it to other people 9 due to the Cissus Quadrangularis since I did not fell l ike my joints were any better.
    Would take it for 8 weeks vs 4 weeks 8
    Over all score 8 out of 11.
    I would again have to take it longer for a better evluation.

    For Squats does 95lbs on each side sound reasonable?

  24. So my review on Rest AD. Not sure what I am suppose to expect since I have never had a supp from its catagory but I think a sense of well being was there. I would tell people about the product defenetly.

    lifting weights come from the soul, if you want it bad enough nothing is unreasonable. my advice-buy another bottle and get the full effects. good luck.
