Scale says im 136 lbs.
So I finished what was in the bottle.
On a scale of 1-11
Easy to take 11
Felt like it worked 7.5
Would take it again 8.5
Would recommend it to other people 9 due to the Cissus Quadrangularis since I did not fell l ike my joints were any better.
Would take it for 8 weeks vs 4 weeks 8
Over all score 8 out of 11.
I would again have to take it longer for a better evluation.

So my review on Rest AD. Not sure what I am suppose to expect since I have never had a supp from its catagory but I think a sense of well being was there. I would tell people about the product defenetly.

Today I squated 65x2+bar 3 sets 6 reps
leg press 45x8+30 2 sets 6 reps
Calf press 45x10+30 3 sets 12 reps
Calf rise 210 2 sets 12 reps.
No incarnate today as I am out of it. We will see if I am still gaining in strength etc. Nothing has changed in my diet but no incarnate.

Today I did benching.
Regular bench I hit 175. I though I was doing 165 since last time I did 155. I did 3 sets 6 reps.
Incline bench I did 50x2+bar 2 sets 6 reps.
I did machine decline 45x4 1 set 6 reps.
I felt so great today. I again am not using incarnate. I will however possibly order it with my next order. I am reaching my goal of 185 next week. I am so excited. Wow can you say wow. I am very impressed. I want to try next time 5 grams pre and 5 grams post of incarnate. Well 5 grams of BA.

Great progress djbombsquad! Glad to see you've been coming so nice. I noticed you've mentioned you've been gaining/progressing at the same rate as you were when you were taking Incarnate.
Any possible correlation or even, lack of, between Incarnate and your progress? What are your thoughts on that matter? You seem to be pretty intrigued in a trivial manner yourself, am I correct?

Well, I did feel the "tingling" the 1st few days so of course I assumed it "worked". Now that I'm looking back into my log I'm realizing that I have not been taking it for a couple of days and I am still progressing. People said it worked I just assumed the best but I don't like assuming. I like knowing that the product I'm taking is being absorbed into my bloodstream/being utilized by my body 100%. I feel great with the work out maxmizer and I have been using that even before incarnate but the workout maximizer has published studies on it to show that it does exacty what it's supposed to do. Incarnate on the other hand, I'm just taking other people's and the company's word for it that "it works". There's not much scientific substantiation for anything, just word of mouth and the encouragement of fellow people who have tried it. I don't know, I'm going to stop rambling now but all I know is that my progress is exactly the same, if not, better..and I'm off the incarnate. I don't feel I should have to buy another bottle to "see if it works" but we'll see. I have to play it by ear

Last night legs.
Squats 75x2+bar thats 20 more pounds than last week. 3 sets 6 reps. I did fairly deep squats. inch or 2 away from the rack.
Leg press 45x8+45 2 sets 6 reps.
Calfe rise press 4x10+45 12 reps 5 sets.

I just spoke to my friend that used to be a pro power lifter my squats since I am not touching the ground practically its not officially a squat but Im doing like 85% squats according to him.

I don't touch the ground when I do squats but then again I don't feel you have to. As long as you go below parallel, you're getting a great range of motion. It has a lot to do with flexibility issues and your height so evidently, shorter folks will have less trouble getting closer to the ground than us taller folks (I'm 6'0").
I think what your friend might be saying is that you're not activating as many muscle fibers as you could be as opposed to going deeper.
Post a vid if it's really an issue but I take everyone's thoughts/opinions into consideration when putting my own judgement together

Incarnate is very reasonably priced for what you get. Judging from your log, I'd say it was effective for you and wouldn't be doubting it at this point and complaining about not getting an additional bottle for free.
I would be thanking PAL for putting out an effective product and letting you try it AND Reset-AD for free. In my experience and that of a lot of other guys, Palo Alto Labs is more than generous and puts out very solid products.

I am thankfull as I did pm them long time ago with a thanks but after stoping it my progress has still gone up. Today I benched the same as I am sad today. Car got broken in to and little over a thousand dollars of stuff got stolen. I still lifted just as hard as last week. Got to go police are here.
