  1. Not sure what to feel from rest md. I am taking it in the morning and at night. I will have to go longer and than give you a feel for it.


  2. Today was chest day.
    Regular bench 47.5x2 +bar 3 sets 6 reps
    Incline 25x2 + bar 2 sets 6 reps.
    No puking today. Took 3 before 3 after. Can I take it with protein? I want to consume protein right after a work out but I don't want to loose the effects of BA.

  3. leg day. Squated 45x2 3 times 6 reps
    Leg press 45x6 2 times 6 reps
    leg curl 90 2 times 6 reps.
    No time for calves so bummer.

    Could have I done more because of incarnate? Not sure. Do I feel it working yes as I tingle. Am I lifting any heavier or harder can't tell. I will give you better answers next week as It is still in load faze ?!?!? right?!?!?

  4. Today back and abs.

    Dead lifted 2 times on the rack 35x6 + bar 6 reps. So not completely on the ground but better form?
    Cable row 100 2 times 6 reps
    Cable pull down 85 2 times 6 reps.

    Crunches did a bunch of crunches.

    Cable pull down 130.

  5. Friday

    Shoulder shurgs 100 2 times 10 reps. Started to slip again. 2 times at 80 as well.
    Military press 15x2 +bar(45) 2 times 6 reps.
    Dumbell press 35 each arm. 6 reps 3 times.

    I do not feel any tingling any more. I am doing 3 before and 3 after. Drinking plently of water. My protein in take is high up there as usual. I will see. I lost 1 pound but that could be water retention so I will find out this week.

    Rest A.D not sure so I will give more comments later in the log.

  6. Yeah, you get used to it and the tingling goes away after a while. Seems like the vomiting has gone away for you, too. Great to see.

  8. well the trowing up has gone away so I would like to go for a full 8 weeks. I really seem my self giving positive feed back on this after 8 weeks. I did 4 weeks of intra x cell and it was great but I would have liked to see a 8 week BA cycle for many reasons. One to build up BA in my system and two to go strong and do 8 weeks and see what BA can do. Well today is saturday so I must get going. Sleep is important and I have not got a lot thursday night.

    Sunday I felt awesome so I did chest and abs. 3 caps before and 3 caps after. Rest AD morning and night

    Benched 2 sets of 50x2 + bar . Want to do that over next week.
    Inclined 1 set 25x2 + bar.
    Decline 2 sets 25x2+ bar. Is decline easier?

    Abs just did weights 75 facing fowards. 10 reps 4 times.

    Most ppl. are stronger on decline, since you rely less on your shoulders. Incline is generally the hardest, but it's all I do, as far as benching, since I want to emphasize the upper pecs.

  11. Today arms. Triceps and biceps.

    2 sets of barbell curls. 70 at 6 reps.
    2 sets of dumbell curls. 25 since the 30lbs are stolen from the gym. 6 reps.
    1 set of the 45 each arm machine curl thinggy. 6 reps.
    tricept extention 35 6 reps 2 sets
    cable pull down 75 6 reps 2 sets.
    1 cable pull up from the back 50 1 sep 6 reps.

    I felt sluggish at 1st tired as heck than i picked it up at the end.

  12. My next goal for holding my breath under water is 2 min and 13 seconds.
    Any tricks you can suggest?

  13. Hyperventilate yourself to supersaturate oxygen and rid as much CO2 your holding as possible.

  14. Did back today. Dead lift 35x6+2.5+2.5 +bar. 2 sets 6 reps
    Cable pull down 120 1 set 6 reps
    cable row 100 2 sets 6 reps.

    Awesome work out today.

    suck in air til your lungs are full... then suck in more.. then more, then more... i was watching somethign on guys who free dive to rediculous depths, and this is what they do to increase their lung capacity...

    it comes down mostly to a mental game

    Squats 50x2+bar(45) 2 sets at 6 reps
    Leg press 45x6+25x2 ---- 2 sets 6 reps
    leg curl thinggy 90 again 1 set 6 reps
    sitting leg curl 150 1 set 6 reps.

    No calves. Did not have enough timew today.

    Dang. I think I had lots of energy today. Cool deal.

  17. dumbbell press 40--- 2 times 6 reps
    Military press 17.5x2+ bar (45) 2 times 6 reps
    side lateral 25 1 time 6 reps
    Shurgs 90 2 times 10 reps.

  18. Bench and abs. Tried my hooks today I bought yesterday.

    Benched 150 2 sets 6 reps
    Incline 100 2 sets 6 reps
    Decline 45x3 1 set 6 reps
    Crucnhes resistance cable 10 reps incline.
    Cable crunch with hooks 140 10 reps 2 sets
    cable machine 70 2 sets 10 reps.

    Felt awesome today. Had a great work out. I am loving the incarnate.

    Rest A.D I feel relaxed. Maybe that is what you are supposed to feel? See ya food time.

    dumb bell curl 2 sets 6 reps 40lbs
    cable curl each arm 50 each so 100 lbs total 2 sets 6 reps.
    Cable pull down 75 or what ever the weight is 2 sets 6 reps
    tricept overhead extention 40 lbs 2 sets 6 reps
    weighted push ups 2 sets 70lbs on back 6 sets on a ball.
    wrist curls bar bell 45x3 1 set 10 reps
    Single dumb bell wrist curl 70 2 sets 10 reps.

    Felt great today. Felt like it would come up but I drank more water so I was good to go.


    Will take pictures in 5 days.

    Cable pull down 90 2 sets 6 reps
    Dead lift 35x6+20+bar. 2 sets 6 reps
    back push thinggy on the machine 100. 1 set 6 reps.

    Hooks helped with the dead lifts big time. No slippage.

  25. Home made pizza from scratch with 30 grams of protein. I have this non taste baking protein and I add like 1 serving which has 14 grams of protein in it. Man was it good. G2G gym time. I have a massive headach and the weather stinks. I will post my work out in a few hours.
