alright....this is the start of my next log....
It will consist of the following supplements:
Now...dosing protocols are going to be as recommended for the most part. I will be taking DCP before fasted cardio in the morning along with some BCAA's, around lunch and around dinner time. I will also probably do 3x3 for DCP since im a BIG guy...i will do it at least for a week...if not through the whole Cycle.
The Yohimbine i will take as label states (1 pill 2x a day). i havent come across too many threads with this supplement in it...or at least how they are dosing it....i dont know if being a big guy (around the 300lb mark) requires me to maybe throw another dose in during the day of Yohimbine...or if 2 doses will be enough. any input would be helpful.
AP will be dosed 15 minutes prior to Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I WILL TRY to go on a fairly low carb diet. I will try and take AP with 30g of carbs first and access if i can drop that number or increase it.
I will be taking Camphobolic 2 caps in the morning and 2 caps before bed. i may throw another dose during mid day.. but that is just a thought, nothing definite.
Now.....Dicana is the last part of this stack, but it seems im having a little bit of mixed feedback about dosing it with DCP.
I have been reading a few small threads about Not dosing a TTA supplement with a Thyroid supplement. Now i talked to a few people about my stack (dsade, CHAPS and a few others) and they didnt throw up a red flag with the Dicana being run with DCP. Ive read through a few other threads and saw people dosing things like T3 and Thyrotabs with DCP and AP if i remember Correctly. I have a Poll going in the Supplement Forum about this dilemma but no one is really voting, which im taking as this is a little known about subject. So, as of right now....i will be dosing Dicana at 2 caps 3x a day for the first 4 weeks and then cycle off afterwards for a few weeks.
If ANYONE can throw in their comments about Dicana and DCP being run together....especially dsade or CHAPS...i would definetely appreciate it.
Diet is going to consist of high protein, low carbs .....how low is all up to how AP lets me go
I will be doing ALOT of Cardio like i did on my Tri-lean stack. Mostly 45 minutes in the moring before breakfast, and then probably another 30 minutes or so (give or take) after my afternoon workout.
I will not be posting too much about the weights this time around as i will be mostly working out in my garage again with some stints to the gym (gotta see if i can afford a membership first ) but i will be focusing mostly on FAT DESTRUCTION with this stack and my workout routine.
As i said before this is a prelude to my cycle which i will be starting Monday the 22nd and i would like get peoples opinions about some of the questions i have posed up top.
Also will be taking the basics (fish oils, multi, BCAA's)

Your stack looks good mp I have never run diacana so I don't have any input on that, but I don't see a problem with taking them concurrently. With the Yohimbine, you could probably get away with a higher dosage ( I have been taking it 4 times per day with no adverse reaction) But everyone reacts to it differently. Ok, today is day one of this log and hopefully it wont dissapoint (the log or the stack )
My measurements as of this morning
Weight: 292 (its a home scale..so it can be 5 to 10lbs off in either direction)
All measurements are cold Flexed
Right Bicep: 18 1/2"
Left Bicep: 18"
Right Forearm: 15"
Left Forearm: 15"
Right Thigh: 28 1/2"
Left Thigh: 30 1/2"
Right Calf: 19 3/4"
Left Calf: 19"
Chest: 24" (front only)
Back Circ. 53"
Waist: 48" (at belly button)
The measurements are always subject to a leway of about 1/4 to 1/2 inch. but for the most part...i will double check any weird measurements. As for the thighs, the only reason i can think of for the 2 inch difference is that i had a Right ankle injury (and still having problems with it) and that i have been favoring the right leg..hence the reason the left leg is bigger..
Body fat percentage is unknown for the most part...due to the fact i lost my digital calipers and frankly..i dont think i want to know i am THE HEAVIEST ive ever been in my life and im not liking it at all....but im guessing 25% if not more
Pictures will be posted today...they are horrible and im feeling kinda self consious about them...which sucks...but it helps the log. So they will be posted today.

Took 3 caps DCP before morning Cardio. Just 30 minutes today, i want to ease myself back into a good workout routine
Thoughts: Noticeably warmer while doing cardio, started sweating almost immediately (which never happens no matter what shape im in) Feeling is almost like taking a shot of whiskey. A nice internal warming feeling.
Will be taking the rest of the supplements on an empty stomach before meals.
Also will be dosing the Yohimbine 1 pill 3x a day
Will check back after Afternoon workout

(i guess thats what having stress, surgery and reoccuring problems on an ankle, and being poor does to a person)
The Date on the Paper says January 18th.....its hard to see..but you can tell if you look hard enough thats what it says....i have another pic somewhere that is much clearer and i cant find it at the moment...i will change it out once i find it.

Day 1 Cont.
Alright...finished my workout. I just did a light full body workout for today, and probably for the next 3 or so days just to ease my body back into the swing of things. also did 10 minutes of cardio after my workout just the hell of it
Thoughts: sweated like a pig during the workout. no bad things happening which is always a good thing...sweating just sitting here typing actually.
Probably gonna be it for today until i get home from work around 8 or 9ish..then will do another 30 minutes of cardio before crashing for the night.
Im also guessing that the benefits of all these supps will become greater the longer i take them. seems like alot of supps nowadays take at least 3 days to a week to build up in your system to get the full effects. but i am sweating like a pig and have had a nice warm feeling all day long, so something is working right off the bat.

Didnt get to do the cardio i wanted to last night. got home late from work and by 11pm i was falling asleep in my chair. More tired than normal but probably cause i worked out for the first time in like 2 month and my body is working overtime with the supps. Sleep was not the greatest but it will do for now.
Will be doing 45 cardio this morning and definetely will be doing another 30 or so tonight since i dont have to work.
Also will be doing another light full body workout just using dumbbells. Pretty sore from yesterday but i give it another day or 2 before that subsides for the most part.
Dosed 3 cap DCP, 2 Camph and 1 yohimbine before Cardio this morning, i will edit this post to let you know how that went.
EDIT: Cardio went great, lots of stamina and sweating....i will dose everything but the AP tomorrow morning before fasted cardio and see how everything works together.....
(side note...i usually wait about 30 to 45 minutes after i dose to start cardio...seems it takes that long for most supps to hit me fully..)

DAY 2 Cont.
Ok....done with weights and my 15 minute cardio afterwards
still sweating balls.......and even though i was sore as hell this morning....i managed to go through another full body workout with a little heavier weights with pretty much ease...and felt great afterwards......will be doing another 30 minutes of cardio this evening sometime after dinner but before bed.
Thoughts: feels like this stack is a winner. i still have the complete warmth throughout my body and if i dont have a fan or some sort of airflow on me...i start sweating badly

OK..did my 30 minutes of cardio....still after 3 hours dosing the supps....still sweated like a pig.
Had some Barilla Plus Multigrain pasta.....stuff is great...
Per Cup (uncooked)
360mg ALA Omega 3
7 g fiber
370 calories 30 from fat
throw some I cant believe its not butter spray on it with a sprinkle of parmasean....mmm...mmm..mm...t aste great...good for you.......will become a staple in my diet
Well.....off to take my bedtime dose of Camph and relax before hitting it for tonight

Rozoni has a version..dont know if its multigrain or just wheat....but its definetely not regular pasta.... wouldnt mind trying that....but for the all the goodies....Barilla is the best

gonna wash my car...so that will be my exercise for my afternoon stint...and hopefully do a little more cardio after work tonight (20 to 30 minutes)
No workout today....cause im fookin sore as hell
one weird thing today i have noticed that all of a sudden...im pissing like a racehorse. The first 2 days..not so much...but the water intake has been the same...
Thoughts: Believe it or not...after 2 fulls days on this stack...i can see a difference....muscles feel and look a little bit fuller and i can tell im leaning out around my waist a little already. i hope this is a sign of Much more leaning to come
