    Dec 21 Workout

    Biceps
Seated EZ bar(outside grip) Preacher curl
    3 Warm-up sets
    1 set 135x11
    30 second stretch

    Forearms
    Standing Dumbell inside curl
    2 Warm-up sets
    1 set 65x18

    Calves
    Seated Calf Raises
    2 Warm-up sets
    1 set 225x13
    30 second stretch

    Hamstrings
    Good mornings
    4 warm-up sets
After the four warm-up sets my back hurt so damn bad that I switched my Hamstring and Quad workout to seated curls and extensions.
    Seated Curls
    1 set 135x11
    30 sexond stretch x2

    Quads
    Seated Extensions
    5 Warm-up sets
    1 set 180x18
    30 second stretchx2

Workout Notes: Back froze the hell up but it has been hurting the past couple of days. I haven't been to work and have been sleeping a lot trying to get over this cold or whatever it is. Having a weak core like I do any disruptions really screw my back up.

Dietary notes: Made another trip to the grocery store so i've been eating sufficient calories. Today was pretty Carb dense though.

Supplement notes: I've been taking everything as listed with no issues. I'm not sure if the back cramping has anything to do with Havoc.

How's the Havoc going bro? Still feeling grungy and having back pumps?

Lifts look solid and i like the workout plan ( just started reading this log, subscribed btw)

how are you feeling as far as havoc being real "dry", supposely leaning you out, and a potent anti-e. any comments thus far on that. how's the strength/mass gains coming along too? keep us filled in bro and merry christmas fellas!

Strength is out of this world. Size is relative cause of nutrition. Mine is far from solid. I go from eating everything in the house to not eating anything. When i'm eating the size comes on pretty easy.

I'm still having back pumps. As a matter of fact I am having them right now just sitting here. I do feel that my previous injuries and my lack of core strength has caused what would probably be a mild inconvenience, into something that's damn near crippling. I feel the Anti-E properties are pretty decent considering the strength increases i've seen.

I will be placing another order real soon and upping the dose just to see when the benefits reach a soft cap and the sides start to take over.

    Dec 25 Workout

    Chest
    Incline Bench
    2 Warm-up sets
    1 set 315x8
    30 second stretch

    Shoulders
    Seated BTN military press
    3 warm-up sets
    1 set 200x11
    30 second stretch

    Triceps
    1 arm cable pushdowns
    2 Warm-up sets
    1 set 110x11
    30 second stretch

    Back
    Rack pulls
    Put off till tomorrow

    Wide grip cable pulldowns
    Put off till tomorrow

Workout Notes: Chest and triceps felt real strong but my shoulder hurt on the military presses. Shoulders will be changed and will no longer have military presses on incline press days. Back has been really hurting me and I decided not to risk any injury and finish up the workout tomorrow.

Supplement notes: Still taking everything as planned but I have been real low on the water intake for the past 3-4 days. I think the lower water is partially to blame for the back issues. Super hydrating over the next several days in hopes of restoring the back to non paralyzing pain

Dietary Notes: It's Christmas time. I've definately been seeing plenty of calories. My waistline has increased but so has everything else. Been getting several comments on how I am looking bigger.

Stretches vary depending on the exercise based off the extreme stretches for DC. My lower back is hurting to the point i'm switching up my workout a bit. Tonight almost left me in tears.

I've noticed it gives me more with less. With my water intake at the levels it was at I should of experienced a lot of problems that I didn't and I believe that was due to the poseidon. That combined with the pleasant taste and the cost, I can't see not using it in the future.

I only experienced the Niacin flush once while on it and that was due to me trying to induce it to see at what dose I would see this at. I think the lack of cramping that I usually would get severely was due to the Poseidon.

Taste? I've got a jar here and it doesn't have any taste at all. In fact, I've been wondering about it. While in powder form, it's sorta pinkish. Once I drop it in water it completely disappears and the water tastes like.....water.....maybe like mineral water instead of tap water but I've been wondering how they got all that stuff to have a neutral flavor. What does yours taste like?

Mine turns the water pinkish and has no real taste just as you described. I had been mixing it with Crystal Light to mask the flavor I thought it would have based on the ingredients and odor, LOL.

That's pretty weird. Like it's carbonated? I just went and made myself a glass to test it. One dainty scoop. After stirring, the water is almost completely clear. No carbonation. Tastes like water.

I'm wondering if we got different batches or something.

    JH,

How's the Havoc going? Any noteworthy sides, or is it pretty clean?

Have you noted any strenth increase or weight increase?

Any headaches, BP increase, stomach issues, change in agression, change in libido, etc?

    Thirsty, hungry?

    Thanks,

Go to intensemuscle.com to find out more about DC, it's Dante's board, the creator of DC.

It could also be citrated or have anything that gives an alkaline reaction to make bubbles just like a carbonate.

    Hey Guys,

First I want to thank you all for agreeing to be one of the first to try Poseidon...

To answer your questions, We released 2 beta versions of Poseidon, flavored and non-flavored. Both have a pinkish tint to them due to the MB-12.

The "fizz" comes from a few of the electrolytes...as soon as they come in contact with water, it causes that reaction....this was a big reason we decided to go with a powder rather than a capsule. It needs to dissolve first before it reaches your stomach, otherwise it may cause some discomfort.

I am glad to see the great results the testers have been having and look forward to hearing them in further detail as you continue to find out all the benefits Poseidon has to offer...I really think you will all be amazed.

Thanks again for your feedback and questions,

We will be gathering all the data from our testers and then posting it, unedited, for all the see.

    Thanks for your question WannaBeHulk,

Will plan to launch our pre-sale in mid January and hope to begin to fill all the pre-sale orders within 3-4 weeks. Poseidon should be ready to sell to everyone by February 15th.

    Sincerely,

    Workin
