Tomorrow (Friday) I will hit chest and biceps. hit it hard. I will weigh in first thing in the AM and start the log tomorrow when i get back from them gym. For now, I will dose 2 caps morning 2 caps with my pre workout meal.
Edit: @mr.cooper69 instructed me to run 3 caps/day so I will listen to the wise one of the forum and do that. im with with that anyways...i can stay on the product longer!

Weight - 174 , 8% bf
Dosing - 1 cap with breakfast 1 cap pre workout meal 1 cap post workout meal
Today was a bad day at the gym number wise. I woke up many times during the night with foot pain which hindered my sleep. anyway, here are the numbers
Hammer Strength Incline - weight does not include machine weight
Machine Fly - drop sets
Biceps - had to cut it early because my foot was starting to hurt. still got some work in
Rope Hammer Curl - drop sets
Had to cut it short, but got solid work in today. Nothing to note really as it was only day one. weighed in. im really lean right now because im ending my cut but this stack I will be clean bulking so numbers should go up.
Just wanted to give a quick weekend update. no problems sleeping whatsoever. the latest dosing im using is around 5-7PM and sleep fine. ready to get this product in my system over the weekend and give solid workouts in the gym. thanks for following along guys! any questions/suggestions/comments are welcome. no pride over here. i love learning.
Subbed... Got 2 bottles of this on the shelf and have been waiting to see some results and dosing protocols. I too will be coming off a cut here in a few weeks and at a similar body comp so this is perfect. Good luck man keep up the solid updates!
Interesting thoughts on the ingredient dosing. I'll be sticking to 2 caps, 2x/ day for both convenience to dose with my fish oil & orange triad & such, as well as to see what the standard dosing will/won't do.
7/22 - Monday - B1
Today was Back and Triceps. Had a SOLID workout with high volume. Nothing really to note on any effects (both positive and negative) from Mass FX yet. Usually, at least for me, I dont start to see anything until late week 2 or early week 3. The numbers do NOT include the weight of the machine. Here are my numbers from today:
Machine T bar Row - 45 - warmup
V Bar Seated Row - 3 second negs
High Rope Pull
3 sets superset with Reverse Grip tricep pulldown
The rest of triceps were machine work. (rope extensions and stuff like that). B2 will be mostly free weights and compound lifts. I did a total of 12 sets on triceps and 12 on back.

7/24 - A2 - Wednesday
Today was Chest and Biceps. Also was able to do leg extensions and hammy curls. gotta get some leg work in while my foot is broken. its actually healing very quick. Its been a week and a half and im off crutches and in a boot. Got a solid workout in today. One training day (A1 for example) i try to focus on machine work then the other (A2..etc) i do mainly free weights. Just to help you guys follow along. I think machine work can be very beneficial.
BB Incline - 135 warmup
185x12 (this was a mistake. thought it would be harder. I wanted to go low reps on incline)
Machine Flat Press (hammer strength)
2 sets, both drop sets
Preacher Curl (Hammer Strength) - 45 warmup
Incline DB Curl
Friday will be A1 day so it will be fun to track my progress. I will also weigh in on Friday.
