  3. 7/19 -Day 1

    Weight - 174 , 8% bf

    Dosing - 1 cap with breakfast 1 cap pre workout meal 1 cap post workout meal

    Today was a bad day at the gym number wise. I woke up many times during the night with foot pain which hindered my sleep. anyway, here are the numbers

    Biceps - had to cut it early because my foot was starting to hurt. still got some work in

    Had to cut it short, but got solid work in today. Nothing to note really as it was only day one. weighed in. im really lean right now because im ending my cut but this stack I will be clean bulking so numbers should go up.

  4. 7/20

    Just wanted to give a quick weekend update. no problems sleeping whatsoever. the latest dosing im using is around 5-7PM and sleep fine. ready to get this product in my system over the weekend and give solid workouts in the gym. thanks for following along guys! any questions/suggestions/comments are welcome. no pride over here. i love learning.

  5. Subbed... Got 2 bottles of this on the shelf and have been waiting to see some results and dosing protocols. I too will be coming off a cut here in a few weeks and at a similar body comp so this is perfect. Good luck man keep up the solid updates!

  8. Interesting thoughts on the ingredient dosing. I'll be sticking to 2 caps, 2x/ day for both convenience to dose with my fish oil & orange triad & such, as well as to see what the standard dosing will/won't do.

  10. 7/22 - Monday - B1

    Today was Back and Triceps. Had a SOLID workout with high volume. Nothing really to note on any effects (both positive and negative) from Mass FX yet. Usually, at least for me, I dont start to see anything until late week 2 or early week 3. The numbers do NOT include the weight of the machine. Here are my numbers from today:

    V Bar Seated Row - 3 second negs

    Pullovers

    High Rope Pull

    3 sets superset with Reverse Grip tricep pulldown

    Triceps

    The rest of triceps were machine work. (rope extensions and stuff like that). B2 will be mostly free weights and compound lifts. I did a total of 12 sets on triceps and 12 on back.

  13. 7/24 - A2 - Wednesday

    Today was Chest and Biceps. Also was able to do leg extensions and hammy curls. gotta get some leg work in while my foot is broken. its actually healing very quick. Its been a week and a half and im off crutches and in a boot. Got a solid workout in today. One training day (A1 for example) i try to focus on machine work then the other (A2..etc) i do mainly free weights. Just to help you guys follow along. I think machine work can be very beneficial.

    Chest

    BB Incline - 135 warmup
    185x12 (this was a mistake. thought it would be harder. I wanted to go low reps on incline)

    Machine Flat Press (hammer strength)

  17. 7/25 - Thursday

    Just wanted to give an update on what I am experiencing since I am starting to notice a few things

    Negatives

    libido is down

    Acne starting to increase

    Positives

    Vascularity (not sure why)

    Hunger Increase

    Tomorrow (friday) I will weigh in and see what we are at!

  18. Libido part is definitely not good but the acne, while a pain, is a good sign of the added hormones.

  19. The libido thing kinda sucks but i have heard people report that from other stuff ive used such as erasr pro and ive nevrr had a problem yet. I just started compound 20 for the first time and im thinking of starting mass efx the second month of c20. I know ideally you want to run things alone first to see the effects but sometimes i feel there isnt enough months in the year and i already have plans for the winter. How do you guys feel they would stack for a recomp to slight bulk?

    i have no clue since this is my first time running mass fx. to be honest, i didnt notice anything from compound 20. i ran it twice at 8 weeks each. I think my results were from other products i used (i know this because i ran them solo before). just my assumption.

    I will monitor libido. it could be attributed to anything really. if it continues, then we can start to say mass fx, but not yet. and Erase Pro did shut down my libido the second time i ran it.

    Hunger increase is normal, and you should notice better sleep.

  25. Hunger is up. Not massively, but when it comes time to eat I can put more away more easily it seems, and I'm always ready to eat these last few days it seems. Def up some, for better or worse.

    Libido is up for this guy. Mood has been stellar, despite gf now being out of town. Haven't got any since wednesday & actually even better mood today than have been, if possible. BigT seems to be feeling positive too as of late. We'll have to see if this is a fluke or continues.
