225x15 No shrugs just straight pulls
Stiff arm push downs ss with cable side/front raises
6x10 + 6x10 front + 10 side
Face down incline db rows ss with delt destroyers
40x10 + 40x30 + 20x15+ 15x10
Could barely lift my arms after this. Took a little longer rests between sets.
grip lat pulls hold at the bottom for 5 seconds
