Ok so I had to try 1 1/2 scoops today and dayumm!!! That's where it's at. My energy level was off the charts. I ended up having to wait a couple times for different things so rather than just stand around I busted out extra sets of the previous lifts. Still feeling like picking up something heavy!!! Bis and tris today, got a wicked pump going on still.

Straight bar cable curls

I was going to do the 10 reps on the minute routine on the straight bar cable curls but couldn't ever wait for the minute to come back around lol I just wanted to lift

Norcoline and PeA are very clean stimulants that don't give you any crash. Glad you are liking everything.
I like it a lot! Definitely delivers as promised. Now I just need to get some Recover-D to help with recovery!

Decent day training today although not near as strong on deficit dls as I thought I'd be. Energy once again was great. Stuck with the 1 1/2 scoops and energy lasted for about an hour after training.

1.5-2 scoops is the sweet spot for me too.

Blasting through workouts and finishing before you realize it? That's what happens with me, it's mind blowing

Ya I have been. I'm really impressed with the drive to keep going that I get from it.

What also gets me is that there is no crash. For such an amazing outburst of energy and power you'd think you'd feel some sort of coming down. But nope

The only crash is your body from wrecking it so brutally with the weights because of the Supp-D. Lol

Nice OHP man! My pressing is so piss poor... :( And you'll be a lot weaker on deficit deads obviously to regular ones, but strength also hikes quickly on them if you practice them as your main dead every week.

Consider trying deficict pulls for triples, no belt, up to a 3RM for the day (go til you fail & keep jumping maybe 20-40lbs/set; use a belt near the end if you are concerned tho). Wk 1 I struggled at 345x3, & 3 wks later I was pulling 435x3 even faster & smoother than 345 was. And pulling from the floor the following week was ridiculously easy now that I'd gotten used to depth. I know these numbers aren't **** but you can at least see how fast the progression was from switching up the routine to a tougher lift with full carry-over for a few wks.

Thanks Hyde! OHP is something I'm constantly adding weight to and has always been one of my stronger lifts.

I figured my numbers would be down on the ddl but didn't realize how much. I will start doing the triples. Actually had a kid come up to me and ask what I was doing and why wasn't I standing on the floor lol. I didn't use a belt yesterday but think I will start. My lower back is pretty jacked today. Taking a day of rest though so that should help.

My son deficit deads all thru his warm up sets and then standard when doing his working sets.

Got up early and did some cardio, legs aren't too bad today. Bike for 15 minutes level 9 fat burner mode, stair climber level 15 for 7 minutes, and finsihed off with 15 minutes on the treadmill 5 minutes on level 5, 5 on level 6 and then 5 on level 7. Felt great only took 1 scoop as I didn't feel I would need 1 1/2 for just cardio.

Nothing like a little cardio and Supp-D to start your day off! Only took 1 scoop but had plenty of energy for 30 minutes of hiit. Did some running on the treadmill and heavy bag work. Will train chest this afternoon when I get off work.

Agreed. Niners is build solid with great proportions in upper body. Haven't seen legs but I assume they're also well developed and balanced.
