    Notes: Pump in chest and Tris was insane again the fullness from ABE, and the profile of Volatile gives a major pump!
    -Love the versatility of Volatile stim.
    -Ate crappy and had a few too many drinks over the weekend (oh well)

    Sunday: Mothers day plus lots of errands no workout.
    Love slow negatives on decline bench!

    Very impressed with the weight on your incline bench. That is a tough one for me. Man reading your workout logs makes me tired haha. Keep it up!

    Lol thanks man. I am so obsessed with dropping fat, that I just run around and do as much as I can as fast as I can lol

    Monday: Cardio

    Had a lot of stuff to catch up on, since I didn't get to it over weekend.

    Took 1.5 scoops Volatile, and did some house work cardio lol

    Mowed part of the lawn, wife took over when she got home
    pulled trampoline out of way
    moved trampoline back in place
    carried the heavy blocks that hold trampoline in place
    weed whacked <-- one arm at times lol

    Notes: Not my best workout lol, but it needed to get done
    -Volatile was needed because I was really worn out from work
    -slight pump while carrying blocks and weed whacking lol

    Tuesday: Went to gym with no direction on what I wanted to do lol. Stupid work stress is hindering my progress I think, but that's life right.

    Was real tired again, luckily the Volatile woke me up!

    Pre: 1.75 Scoops Volatile
    2 ABE
    1 Versa-1

    Intra: 2 scoops Endurance

    Wanted to continue the 10x10 stuff, but between the PUMP and time restraints I did a lot of 5x10 with under 30 sec rest

    DB Shrugs 5x10 100lbs

    DB Bent over laterals 5x10 35lbs
    SS Spider Crawl Bands 5x30 <--- These still make my shoulder want to burst through skin

    Low Cable Lateral raise 5x10 15lbs concentrating on explosion/Slow Negative

    Real Delt Swings Destroyer Set

    Notes: Shoulders always give me problems, but they have been feeling pretty good. I know not to push too much weight, so I don't have to skip them for 6 months again lol

    - While doing the Swings Destroyer set against the incline bench, I looked over and could see all my shoulder muscles working. This is huge for me since at 300lbs I don't have a whole lot of definition.

    - Stomach fat is still not dropping like I thought it would, I'm not doing something right lol

    -Volatile still gives me nice clean energy, and just the right amount of pump. Effects are not diminishing


    4 weeks until North Carolina!!!! It's now or never for me, I really want to drop to below 290 if possible, 280 would be better. I was 298 still this morning.

    stack looks good dude! Make sure you drink TONS of water. The mid section fat is the last to go for most of us, no worries!

    Alternating Curl 1x3 70s <--- I have not been able to curl the 70's since 06 when I ran Halodrol. So it was a "Natural" PR

    Seated row: 2x10 2PPS so 192lbs w/ starting weight I believe
    1x10 3 PPS 282lbs
    1x3 3 PPS + 25 each side 332lbs <-- my arms were shot, not sure I ever tried 3pps+25 on the seated row. So technically a PR lol

    Wide Grip Pulldown 1x10 100lbs
    1x10 140lbs
    1x3 180lbs <--- was losing grip, should have brought straps

    Low Row 2x10 160 <--- Gassing out big time by here

    Curl Bar curls 3x10 25 each side

    Straight bar 21's x 2 <--- Though I would puke arms were so shot

    Assisted Pullups 3x fail -130lbs

    notes: Really happy that I repped the 70's, next time I may try 75s, or 70's x 5+
    - Volatile helped my mood out a lot
    - Back is sore today, but arms feel good
    - I Probably should have gone 1.5 scoops Volatile, because the pump was INSANE lol

    Fri: Decided to go for a bike ride instead of going to gym for Cardio

    Pre 1 scoop Volatile
    2 ABE
    1 Versa-1

    My wife went with and she has a beach cruiser type bike lol. Since she can't go fast, I set my gear to a higher tension.

    4 miles my legs had a nice pump and the Volatile gave nice energy.

    First bike ride in 17 years lol

    Later today is chest/tri after cardio (shopping) lol

    Yeah I had an overall really great weekend. I ate mexican food and drank Friday night, Drank a lot and ate like mofo Saturday, had a great workout(hungover) Sunday and woke up weighing less than I did last Thursday!! Thanks ABE lol

    Sunday: Woke up with headache feeling really really blah. Ran downstairs and drank 4 20oz bottles of water lol.

    Wanted to workout fasted, but I had to eat before taking all my supps.

    Incline DB Flys 3x10 35lbs nice and light to get a real good stretch

    Hammer Strength Incline 3x10 2 PPS
    SS W/ High Cable Crossovers 3x10 35lbs

    SS W/ Mid Cable Crossovers 4x10 35lbs
    SS W/ TRX Suspension BW Pushups 4xFailure

    Dips 1x4 BW!!!! That's a PR at 298lbs. I haven't been able to do BW since I was 240lbs this was at end too when tris were toast

    Hitting a PR while hungover =

    After workout my wife decided she wanted new shrubs put in front of house. Had to dig 2 huge holes in 88 degree weather. Put down 8 bags of mulch as well.

    2 hours later we had a Severe storm with 70+MPH winds, blew my new mulch all over house, pushed my trampoline(with cinder blocks about 20 feet, broke a few planters. We lucked out though the older established part of subdivision lost full size tree limbs, and I saw a wooden playhouse that was demolished.

    Notes: Volatile and Endurance helped pick me up from my loooong night
    - The pump in my chest and tris was sick!! There was a cop in there working out, and he kept eyeballing me
    - Strength is still going up

    Dips 1x4 BW!!!! That's a PR at 298lbs. I haven't been able to do BW since I was 240lbs this was at end too when tris were toast

    Hitting a PR while hungover =

    After workout my wife decided she wanted new shrubs put in front of house. Had to dig 2 huge holes in 88 degree weather. Put down 8 bags of mulch as well.

    2 hours later we had a Severe storm with 70+MPH winds, blew my new mulch all over house, pushed my trampoline(with cinder blocks about 20 feet, broke a few planters. We lucked out though the older established part of subdivision lost full size tree limbs, and I saw a wooden playhouse that was demolished.

    Notes: Volatile and Endurance helped pick me up from my loooong night
    - The pump in my chest and tris was sick!! There was a cop in there working out, and he kept eyeballing me
    - Strength is still going up

    Monday: No workout sore from Chest/Tri and yardwork

    Tuesday Morning: Fasted Cardio

    Woke up at 5:15 am
    Pre: 1.5 scoops Alphamine
    Intra 1 scoop Endurance

    25 mins elliptical
    4 sets of 20-30 jump rope

    Tonight will prob be Back/Bi. I really want to see if I can alternating curl the 75s or 80s, however I may not press my luck sine I'm less than 3 weeks from Vacation.

    Only 25 days until I leave for North Carolina. I have some new shirts that I bought a little tight. Somehow in the next 3 weeks I need to drop some fat fast!!

    Good thing I got some cardio in yesterday morning.

    Some trees that I ordered came in, so I had to skip gym to go pick them up. I did get some work in lol. The Bluce Spruce Globe had to weigh about 200lbs and the Weeping Norway Spruce about 150lbs lol. I had to keep picking them up loading and unloading. Some dead lift work haha

    I am planting them this weekend along with some other shrubs. I'm thinking that I will still workout in the mornings over the weekend, and just use the planting as whole body exercises. My wife thinks that's dumb, and I'll get too sore.

    Lol me too. It will give me time to finish some tubs of less favorites, then after vacation I'll be able to place an order. Hopefully Orange Volatile will be out!

    I still have quite a few workouts worth of Volatile for log I think though. So we are good

    So I will be trying to go to gym in AM, then doing basically full body workout in yard.

    no matter how crappy I feel when I get up at 4am to lift, 1 scoop of Volatile, 1 scoop of endurance and a 16oz cup of cold black coffee have me up and ready to go in about 15 minutes flat it's amazing!
