    I am afraid the cops are going to show up any minute,because I killed todays workout Prodigy 20min pre is what works for me,I also found that if I take a dose of the Paragon about an hour pre with small snack or shake,it seems to give a bit of an extra drive.I had ridiculous pumps today in my arms,my XL t-shirt looked like a large on me.My focus and energy was great.Some things I am noticing,definite increase in appetite and vascualrity throughout the day.I have had a huge increase in acne.I am also having a bit of trouble staying asleep.My schedule has been crazy as we are looking to buy another house and a loy going on for me these days,but I am enjoying my gym time and the change of routine.The numbers are from working sets only,still trying to get weight figured for the rep ranges.

    Biecps/triceps/calves:

    Rest between sets only what time it took to change weight,if weight was ready,no rest.
    Lifting tempo:No exact ratio,just very slow and controlled on everything today.

    BB curl:
    95x10
    115x8
    125x6

    SS: DB hammer curl/BB preacher curl:
    50x10/85x10
    60x7/95x8

    CG Bench press:
    185x12
    205x6
    205x5

    SS:EZ bar skull crushers/body weight dips:

    Yo Mackster, it is around that time of the month...once ever so many blue moons...that I throw in a little bicep work to keep balance, and in hopes of it keeping tendonitis at bay. What would you recommend for a good Hypertrophy chain of events for it? ^_^' even if it is a benignly neglected, once a month bicep workout. You seem to have a certificate in Cannon-ology, would appreciate the input.

    So morning weight was 178lbs. this morning.I have been eating quite a bit but weight is down some,will see how it holds over next few day.The weekend is rest days and will be back at it Monday,got a birthday party today so will probably have some good cheat foods.Everyone have a good weekend.

    Had a good workout today,felt great to be back at it after the weekend off.Prodigy is giving great focus,energy,and endurance is good through the end of workout and through cardio.Paragon 3 times a day with food.It still seems early to me,but somethings to note:extreme increase in acne.Aggression is up.Libido seems to be up,and I am getting some headaches in the morning time,weight is at 179.lbs morning weight.I also seem to be a lot more vascular throughout the day.Also appetite is up,I am hungry all day and night!My DL today felt amazing,grip seems to be getting better each session.Here are my working set numbers:

    Back/rear delts/abs:

    Rest between sets:2-3min.

    Had a good workout today,put in an offer on a new house so ecited and hope it goes thorugh quick!Pump in legs today was insane,vascularity is way up.I love the focus I get from Prodigy,and it last all the way through to the end and through cardio if done after weights.My libido is up for sure,and acne is at an all time high,aggression is seeming pretty high as well.I wish I was on a bulk with this hunger,bc it is killing me not to destroy our pantry.Heres today working set numbers:
