    At night or in the morning are usually best. With erase (a suicidal AI), timing isn't all that important. It's generally competitive AIs that you want to dose near peak hours of aromatization

    I don't see any problem with adding CM or BA. You could always take BA at any time of the day which I am sure you are aware of. Do you spread out your BA doses?

    I take 3grams 45 mins pre work out and add another 3 grams to my work out water.

  14. 2nd day;
    Didn't want a repeat of yesterday's full scoop experience (I continued with the sweating/freezing/drooling/runny nose until evening) Also felt crappy when I got up this morning so my scientific method wasn't up to accepted guidelines.

    1/2 scoop Enhanced
    300mg Theanine
    2 cups coffee
    10g Bali kratom

    At this dose, I could still feel the yohimbe (faster heart rate, sweats, salivating), but not nearly as bad as yesterday. That said, I was able to do 2-3 more pullups per set than my usual failure numbers, squatted deeper AND heavier than I expected and did 13 minutes of "angry rowing" machine at full speed with max drag. (usually wiped out at 10 minutes)

    I can only attribute this mysterious performance increase to Enhanced, since everything else in the stack was normal.

    I'll update again on Monday.

  16. I usually don't post product reviews but this stuff is no joke! I did a rounded scoop and will start doing a level scoop from here on out. I'm very stim tolerant and have tried pretty much every pre-workout ( at their full dose ) and nothing compares as far as energy and focus. What makes it even better is a tub will last two moths working out five days a week. Im going to try a scoop of enhanced + a scoop of hemavol next week. I think that will be a winning combo. Great job PES!

    Good point. Monday, I'll try 3/4 scoop but NO coffee.Caffeine and me get along just fine as long as I don't have any after sundown. Enhanced only has 125mg per scoop. Never had any problems with Craze and coffee, but it's possible that coffee and yohimbe don't play well together.

  27. I took enhanced today for the the third time if I count the samples. Anyway, the second time when I only took 1 scoop, yesterday it wasn't very good at all. Today I took two scoops. One pre-workout and one I sipped on during my workout. I had one of the best workouts I've had in a very long time. No jitters at all. Just smooth clean energy. I recovered so fast between exercises. When I was done with my workout I didn't feel tired at all. Even my walk home was enhanced!!!!!!. I think I will stick to this dosage, seems to work best for me.

  28. Got the insider deal on Wednesday and took the first scoop Thursday. Took it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach about 30 minutes before my leg workout. Energy was great and the focus was there, but then I went into my first set of squats and heart rate shot up. It definitely reminded me of the times I used Yohimbine. So I stopped 6 reps in, racked up the weights and switched to bench hoping the Yohimbine wouldn't affect my workout as much. I was able to do a few sets of bench but rest times were long due to heart rate. I didn't feel like dealing with it anymore so I just hoped on a stationary bike for the remainder of my workout. Energy was good...focus was spot on....felt a nice pump from the few sets I did. Didn't notice the anxiety of Yohimbine, but all the other sides were there...raised body temp....cold sweats...jacked up heart rate. Switched back to Craze today and crushed legs. I'll play around with the Enhanced dosing during the day and not preworkout...or use it as a pick me up....would like to try it without the Yohimbine as well.

    Tried 2 today. it was kinda crazy feeling, but ill prob still use 2 somtimes. felt extremely strong and would have had a killer workout if i wasnt being hampered with elbow issues. also ive never seen my shoulders so pumped as i did today.

  30. I took my last sip of enhanced at the gym at around 12:30PM EST. I'm still wide awake. I sipped the second serving during my workout, just sipped slowly and made it last the entire workout. This worked well, but I'm wondering how long this extra energy will last.

    That's good to hear. I also figured out why I was getting the headaches (not going to mention but I fixed it). Workout today was insane!!

    Dude... Thats EXACTLY how I felt today- word for word. I did a similar dosage. 1.5 pre and 0.5 in my aminos during. Best workout yet on enhanced; maybe the best workout in about a year. It just keeps getting better and better. PES = Stellar innovation. I tip my hat
