First off I would like to say thanks to Vaughn and I force for this opportunity.I have been wanting to try these products out for a while together and now I can share my experience with you guys.I got my package today and it included 1 lemon drop Hemavol,1 lemon drop Compete,and a nice white I force t-shirt.So thanks again for the opportunity.Now a bit about me.
Weight:182
Height:5"9
Diet:still eating around 4000 calories a day or more to solidify gains from previous cycle.not clean diet but not real dirty either.
Training:4 day split.chest/tris,bis/back,traps/shoulders,legs/back.then I usually do abs and cardio and start it back over,of course if sore then it will be adjusted as needed.
Other supplements:
Recover-d
Orange triad
Ad3 pct
Organ shield
Mass hgh
Possibly versa1
Optimum fish oil

I will be dosing these products as follows.1 scoop of each 30 minutes prior to training on an empty stomach,and then 1 scoop compete to drink throughout my workout.

You're gonna be pleased, nice break from stims and creatine for the system but you'll def notice a difference compared to nothing pre or intra. I'm just powerlifting right now and my accessory work alone gives me sick pumps after the gym that take hours to fully dissipate. After a back day your lats are gonna look like king kong man, get ready!
