    Straight up Swoll-N is a staple because of how monsterous I look on it and how good I feel on it. I am now takin it on off days before work haha

    Smashed em without a spotter! Coach wasn't feelin to good so I did some lighterER work.

All I gotta say is RecoverD is delicious. Usually flavor gets old for me but its actually getting better by the day. It's a treat to me
