I took some Vanillean for 2 days and immediate effect I felt was during sleep. I think I slept 4 hours each night and did not feel tired the next day.....hmmmmm. Also, I have had some crazy dreams. Very vivid. This morning, I woke up thinking I was bit by a black widow spider. I swear I felt the pain. Then realized I was dreaming.

I had some grotesque dreams last night. Makes me wonder where the influences come from.

I wish. Haha. It was so real.

Maybe it was Katie Upton and biting was her thing. Wonder what I am going to dream about tonight...

I saw clips of the Mercedes Super Bowl commercial with her in it while sweating up a storm doing cardio. Literally puddles under where I had my arm.

Come in Katie.....come in my dream...

Total cardio was 51 minutes for 578 cals yesterday (leg day)

On a side note- these androderm patches I've been on since October for trt r the itchiest most annoying things ever. I can't take it anymore (i say this at least once a week)

I NEED to get my dr to prescribe injections. Gels did not work for me. I would try them again, but I hated the rebound symptoms when I used the gel for 3 days.. All the low T feelings came
    Right back.

Sorry off topic just needed to vent; ****s keeping me up at night now.

Awesome. I just got up at 5am to head out to the gym. Took 2 scoops of jack3dmicro and then when I went to leave at 545, noticed that there's snow on the ground and more is coming down. Being from primarily from the east coast of VA, I'm not particularly use to this or the 20 degree weather. I'll have to redo this all later today I suppose.

Now I've got to figure out what the hell I'm going to do for the rest of my day. I'm off work and don't have a class until 4 (though I suppose that'll be canned too if it continues snowing).

I feel ya man. I'm sure the cold here on average isn't much compared to CT. The high today is suppose to be 30 degrees with a feels-like of 15. For me, being ill-prepared for this type of weather is more the problem than anything else. I could train right now, but I typically walk to my gym as it's barely a mile away. Starting my car would be more trouble than it's worth. As like I said, I'm totally unprepared for snow weather. No ice scraper for the windshield, my defrost works half-ass, etc etc etc. I'll just go around noon.

Glad to see you're enjoying Vanillean though brotha.

Bps should supply a new pair of jeans with all VL bottles. My WAIST Is too small for my favorite go-to jeans... And my legs have gotten too big. Pretty uncomfortable in these right now hah. Oh yea, a shirt I haven't worn in like 2 months that was big on me is now almost skin tight in the chest/shoulders and blousy in the waist. Moral of story- don't get dressed to go out at the gym anymore. My body has changed!

Back in the log game cheda.

Vanillean will be included in my stack of 5 products. Still testing out vanillean. I just finished 2 hour session of cardio. Testing myself right now to see how much I can push myself. 1,787 calories burned. I don't think I have a drop of water left in my body. Chugging on water right now.

Haha. This is some good stuff.

Haha....forget the stretchy belt. Just get a bull rope and tie it up tighter each time your waist gets smaller.

Workout for day 24- Thursday Jan 24

    5 minutes elliptical warmup

    Chest volume
    Incline BB bench- 165x5,5,5,5,5,5,4,5,5,4
(10 sets of 5 goal- two missed sets due to fckers distracting me by slamming weights on the bench racks!) will be doing 170x4 for 10 sets next week-170 will be a weight PR next week

    Shoulders hyper work

    Upright BB row-warmup barx8, 65x8 - working- 9x 85lbs (PR for reps)
    6x100(PR for reps)
4x105lbs (PR weight and reps obv.)
never thought I'd see the day I upright rowed 100+...

Db laterals- 20lbsx10, 25lbsx10, 12lbsx20 very slow and squeezing at point of contraction.. 5 second hold and pulses to finish and engorge w blood

    Tricep hypertrophy work

    Cable pushouts- warmup 12x32.5lb,10x37.5
Working- 9x47.5, 6x57.5, 4x 62.5 - gonna have to sub this out-not a low rep type movement .. Got the Job done today tho but not good for moving forward up weight

    OH cable extensions w rope- 37.5x10, 10

Straihht bar pushdowns-42.5x10, 52.5x8- these felt great!

    Finished w some ab work

People, mainly girls- and some guys were mirrin when I was upright rowing. This one red head seemed to follow me everywhereand watch my sets.. Felt very confident and strong today like I could have done a whole other workout after I finished this one. My bf still seems to be slowly dropping. If only slightly at this point- most of the progress was made in week 3 (this is the midway point of week 4)

Tomorrow is mid-back volume (BB rows) and bis and lats hyper work - will also hit the prowler and some HIIT and liss cardio. I've been making an effort to increase my protein the last few days and I'm feeling the effects I think.

The full 30 days will be up next Tuesday when I will post a final review- then I will continue the log an additional two weeks with The VL Ricky has so generously donated along with my alphamine and other friends. I am very excited for my February stack ... It's a little evil..

I like it bc it helps build your strength and density- but it's not TOO MUCH volume that u can't add some hyper work in. The progression is legit too, it's one of poliquins principles:

I'm thinking about adding cleans into my program.. Maybe not this one, but somewhere sooner than later...
But what day should I do them on/what is the point... I used to do them for football.. Just wondering, from a PHYSIQUE standpoint- any point to doing cleans??? Lol

Cleans are excellent for overall size. My shoulders EXPLODED when I incorporated them.

Hang clean. Personally, I respond well to high volume. I start high to warm up and work my way up to no less than 8 reps. Cleans are a very dangerous exercise and cause many gym injuries. So I play it smart. Higher reps still get the job done.
