    Hang clean. Personally, I respond well to high volume. I start high to warm up and work my way up to no less than 8 reps. Cleans are a very dangerous exercise and cause many gym injuries. So I play it smart. Higher reps still get the job done.

    Going in soon for hiit and prowler, mid back volume, bis N Lats hyper.. Gomna be w the gf and force her to do the prowler. I got her to do a full leg workout yesterday. Shell be doing upper+prowler today lol

  11. Interesting workout- lesson of the day- don't offer your gf to workout w you. She showed up like 40 minutes in to my lift an the last 15 minutes ended up taking me about 30 bc she kept asking me stuff. Stuff she knows which is the frustrating part. And then proceeded to say everything hurt her. I told her to stop complaining avkut her body so much of she doesn't wanna put in the work to change it. (kf course also telling her she doesn't NEED to change anything) this has been a constant for 2.5 years w her. Always complaining but never wanting to work. END RANT.

    On a positive note - had a few LEGIT pr's today.. Big Boy ones not baby ones compared to the rest of AM. Will post workout tonight. Time to feed hard.

    Edit- my ass and hip muscle has gotten too big from the heavy deads and prowler the past 3 weeks. Noneof my jeans fit comfortably. I'm going to continue w the deads, but stop the prowler until I am done with heavy deads lol. I hate tight jeans- it's the ex fat kid in me.

    On a side- what can I do to allow my upper thighs and hips to shrink while not losing muscle tone in legs? High rep curls/extensions n cut out squatting type movements for a little? Can't afford To buy new pants lol

    Ditto- I am very pleased w my bf% at some of the lowes it's been- WHILE eating for bulk! And increasing strength to numbers I never thought I'd see so soon/easily... I'm bout to eat dinner n watch the probowl then will post ip that Friday workout w the pr's

    It's all good. Been doing 10x5 , 4 ,3 meaning
    Week1-10x5
    Week2-10x4
    Week3-10x3
    Then gonna have a light 10x10 week !

    This week started 10x4... I still have to post Fridays workout and today's is HALF done. I did my volume work this morning between classes... I did 135lbs x4 for ten sets w one min rest foroverheadd presses
    Followed by tricep dips bodyweight+35lbs for ten sets of 4.

    I am getting ready to head to the gym for the "hyper" part of chest and some abs, calves, and HIIT I like this set up bc I have 45 mins to kill between classes on Monday mornings.. Then I get some aminos and protein (no carbs/fats until postworkout) then go in the afternoon to really burn some body fat!

    The past two nights I have PASSED OUT COLD for an hour after eating dinner then wake up in a zombie like state... Idk what's going on! But it hasnt affected anything really, just very odd for me. Ok here r the workouts

    Friday Jan 25

    Started with 11 minutes 158 cals of liss jogging to work a sweat

    Hit up my PT leg circuit for 2 reps and had killer low back pump so I skipped the third and final triset.


    Started with 10 sets of 5 on pendlay rows- 135lbs

    Went on to pullups--
    Bwx8, 8 to warm up- bw+10lbs x9, felt ridiculously strong and had done 25lbs last week so I jumped right to a 45lb plate- I got 2 sets of 3 with bw+45lbs, then I dropped down to a 25lb plate to finish for another 3 reps. The 45 plate was a PR for weight and reps!

    Pullovers - 75lbs db x 10,10

    Straight arm lat pull- 55lbsx10, 57.5x8

    Underhand pulldowns - 120lbsx10,10, 150x9, 170x6, 190x4 (PR)

    Bis

    Incline db curls- 30lbx10 8x35lb

    Reverse BB curls- superset with wrist curls
    - 70lb x9/20
    60lbx 13/27

    Db concentration curls- 25lbsx 10,10

    Hit the prolwer next!
    5 sets up 2 trips, 40 yards a piece, sprinting to start then immediately turning and walking with long full strides:::
    Weight in pounds+prowler weight (idk how much it weighs alone)

    340

    Then I did 6 sprints of 30 second with 2-3 minutes rest on the treadmill as fast as I could.. Totaling 28mknutes and 364 cals for the day on cardio.

    Needlessto say- this was fcking nuts workout.

    This is absolutely SICK !!!!
    The amount of volume is ridiculous. And it is wrap around by cardio. And pull-ups with 45lbs at your weight ? That is a man's PR.

  29. Ok monday 1/28

    Huge thermo today. Was DRENCHED in sweat after doing my pre lift cardio.

    I lifted my volume work quickly between classes this morning at 11 am

    Overhead smith press- 10 sets of 4 at 135lbs
    Tricep dips- 10 sets of 4 at bw+35 lbs (PR for weight)

    Went to the gym at 4 pm
    Started with HIIT cardio for 28 mins 380 cals

    I was worried that doing the shoulder and tri's lift this morning would affect my strength on DB incline presses. It did somewhat .. But was able to set a weight PR still.

    Did my PT leg circuit

    Incline db bench- 45x8,8- 55x9, 65x6, 75x2 (PR). I wanted to get 3-4 reps but these were tough. Im certain if I hadnt lofted this morning I would have gotten target reps; but still a PR none the less!

    Machine high flyes- 140lbs x 10, 9

    Partial wide grip dips to stretch the chest - 17 reps bw

    One arm cable crosses- 25lbs x 20, 30lbsx 15

    Hypers - 20, 15

    Donkey calf raises- 8 plates x20 x 3 sets

    Leg press calf raises- 10 plates rest pauses for 100- 50,10,10,10,10,10 (PR weight)

    Ab work then recumbent bike HIIT total of 43minutes and 534 cals

    Tomorrow is day 28 (4 weeks). 2 days left in the initial VL bottle. Hopefully the caps ricky sen me get here Before I run out! But I will probably take my final pics tomorrow when my gf gets here after work. Looking forward to showing u all my progress which can only be attributed to this product with some staples! Legggiitt
