  3. I used it for two 8 weeks runs last year, couldn't agree more. At the moment doing a power, muscle, burn style workout... then either going to try Meadows or go back to FST7.

  4. Today 45 minutes cardio 2.5 miles tomorrow back day!

    close grip pulley pull downs to chin: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

    machine rows: 90 lbs x 12,12,10

    trap bar dead lifts: 205 lbs x 10,10

  11. Today hit up some legs. I am going to start killing them bc I always lack doing them as much as I need to. I like to train them just my legs are so big already lol.

    Legs:

    Leg Presses: 4 plates x 10, 6 plates x 8, 6 plates x 10

    lying leg curls: 80 lbs x 8, 60 lbs x 10,10

    seated leg curls: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

    body lunges 3 sets.

  15. Man tax returns are good but also bad!! I've ate at two steak houses in two days and full as a bear in Hibernation. Last night got ate 20 oz porterhouse and today had fuji's fillet m shirmp and seasme chicken!!

    Chest workout today

    Chest:

    incline barbell presses: 135 lbs x 8, 155 lbs x 6, 175 lbs x 4, 205 lbs x 2

    incline db presses: 40 lbs x 10, 50 lbs x 10,10

    cable flyes: 40 lbs x 10,10,10

    peck dec: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

    They had one of those challenges here for 72oz steak baked potato and a salad. I ate the steak but didn't touch the potato cause it was a low carb burn day
