HERE WE GO AGAIN…
The Animal is unleashed one more time for another epic battle with USPlabs…
I want to take some time first of all and give much MAHALOS to USPlabs for giving me another great opportunity to have my review on another product for THE greatest sports supplement company on the planet. I don’t care what anyone else says, this is how I feel, and where my home is.
Now for the good stuff…
Nutrition
I will tweak my FTP customized diet plan. I will add more calories to my day by at least 2000, and up my protein intake per day as well. I don’t follow that 1g per bodyweight. Mass monsters need more protein than that. I will throw in more veggies and ease up on the sugary fruits except on cheat days. Here is a list of what I have planned.
-Chicken Breasts/Turkey Breasts
-Sirloin/Chuck Steak
-Eggs (mostly whole)
-Steel Cut Oats
-Broccoli, Asparagus, Spinach, Garden Lettuce
It will vary from week to week on what kind of meals I will prepare. Depending on what I feel my grocery list will change. But those are the mains for the time being. Thanks to Costco.
Training
Most of you who have followed my logs before, know that I follow a powerlifting type of workout regimen. I hate using light weights, and I hate training lightly. I believe that if you go in the gym, you are there to wreck havoc and do damage. You are not there to not give it your all and go home smiling without pain. If you leave without pain, you didn’t do enough. I train with the mentality that I can move anything in my way even if I really cant, I will push myself beyond my limits and at least budge that dang weight. There is no quit in me, and there never will be.
I live by this Bible verse “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” Phillipians 4:13
You follow that creed, you can accomplish anything.
Training splits will go as shown
-Mondays- Chest/Shoulders/and Tris (all push day)
-Tuesdays- Back/Abs/and Forearms (all pull day)
-Wednesday- HIIT cardio (yes this monster does Cardio)
-Thursday- Legs
-Friday- Arms/Abs
-Saturday- Mess Around Full body blowout (Whatever I see I will do)
This may seem typical, and that almost everyone follows the same split, but unlike most people, I change it up every week. I always confuse my muscles and and keep em guessing. I train alone and almost with no partners at all, unless its my super heavy days where I need them to prevent injury.
Supplementation
For about a week and a half, I stopped using TP, Compound 20, Prime, and Pink Magic. Although those great supplements did play a role in my strength gains, and my monster growth, I was willing to put them aside to for this new formula. Currently in the mix
-Jack3d Micro/Jack3d (this will depend on the day and the workout)
-Recreate ( I have used this during my FTP program, and had great results)
-BioAstin (hawaiian Astaxanthin)
-MegaMen Sport multivitamin
-Powerfull
-Modern BCAAS (Fruit Punch)
-Pro5 Protein
Goals
What do I want out of this? I want to be one of the lucky few to say “we have another great product here.” USPlabs has never and I repeat never let me down. Every single product has delivered great results for me, and allowed me to break countless prs, and surpass some of my goals I had initially set. I have been a big guy all my life, but always strong as heck, but for a big guy, I was in good shape. No I don’t have the abs like 300, or the physique of bodybuilders, but I have discipline, and knowledge on supplements and exercise, and if I really wanted to, I can look like all those guys. Im not an image person, and will never be one. The main thing is that my knowledge gets passed on to others who can also accomplish their goals. Don’t get me wrong, at the end of this beta, I will still be the monster everyone knows, just in better shape.
