I normally have to use the smith since i suffered a calf injury a few years ago..

DB Lunges
60lbs for 2 sets of 15
70lbs for 2 sets of 15
80lbs for 2 sets of 10
I still find these really brutal no matter what supplement I take.

Seated Leg Press/Superset with Leg Extensions
305lbs for 4 sets of 10/210lbs for 4 sets of 10
Ouch, enough said

Seated Machine Calf Raises
3 plates for 30 reps
4 plates for 20 reps
5 plates for 20 reps
6 plates for 10 reps
Here i dont usually feel the pain i should, but a really good stretch...

After my calf raises my legs were spent. I could not push or pull anymore. To finish off the exercise, I just ended it with cardio on the bike. all i can say is ouch...

Post Workout
65 grams of PRO5 Protein
8oz steak mixed with red potatoes and bell peppers

my other meals consisted of mostly boiled eggs, protein shakes, and other small portions of the steak and potatoes...

On my last set my dang arm gave way toward the end of the last rep... felt worse than jelly, but i loved every bit of pain that came with it.

Warm down on the bike for 20 minutes..

1lb of chicken mixed with broccoli and spinach...
Meal 3and 4
8oz steak mixed with onions and a1 sauce...

By now i have been hearing that a lot of people been getting more hungry than normal.. I dont think it phases me since im always hungry

A little late on my logs.. had to set my store up for the after thanksgiving sales and what not..

DAY 8 OFF

My meals for the day consisted of a mix of sirloin steak and potatoes for the first half of the day. the other half consisted of chicken breast, turkey breast and rice.

SUPPLEMENTS-
1 PA with lunch
1 AP before each meal
2 Scoops of Modern BCAAs during lunch.

I try to keep my protein intake high hence the red meats and chicken. for snacks, i usually had a protein shake or some kind of lean protein bar like Quest bars.

DAY 9- CHEST BLAST

SUPPLEMENTS-
6 YOK3D
3 SCOOPS OF OG JACK3D

4 SCOOPS OF MODERN BCAAS

The only reason for the 4 scoops of BCAAs is due to the fact that on these days, i tend to over train sometimes, and i can feel the fatigue coming on, so i decided to up the scoops again.


Dumbbell Incline Bench Press
100lbs for 2 sets of 15
105lbs for 1 set of 15
110lbs for 1 set of 10
120lbs for 1 set of 10
125lbs for 2 sets of 8

I decided to try this out as my warmup set again instead of using the incline bar bench.. this adds a little more width to your upper chest and allows your muscles to work more since you have to control the weight.


Floor Presses
2 sets of 225 for 15 reps
2 sets of 315 for 10 reps
1 set of 405 for 6 reps

This exercise helps with your explosive power.


Dumbbell Flyes
50lbs for 2 sets of 15
60lbs for 2 sets of 10
70lbs for 1 set of 8
80lbs for 1 set of 8
90lbs for 1 set of 8

I love this movement. It allows my pecs to expand and with each squeeze the muscle contraction feels awesome..


Smith Machine Press to the Neck
225lbs for 2 sets of 15
315lbs for 2 sets of 10
405lbs for 1 set of 8

Because of the heavy weight, i always use the smith machine for this exercise. For those of you who have hard time with upper pecs and triceps, i highly encourage you to try this movement.


Weighted dips
4 sets of 20 with 3 45lb plates

Warm Down was 20 minutes on the bike...

Post Workout-
65 grams of PRO5 Protein
Meals consisted of kalua pork (cooked underground for a few hours with lava rock and ti leaves), sweet potato and red potatoes, and rice.
this is what i had throughout the day along with other protein shakes.

Today i focused mainly on using machines. My calf has been causing me problems, so i took it easy on my legs

SEATED LEG PRESS
150lbs for 15 reps
175lbs for 15 reps
190lbs for 15 reps
210lbs for 15 reps
290lbs for 10 reps

LEG CURLS
45lbs for 20 reps
90lbs for 15 reps
135lbs for 10 reps
45lbs for 20 reps
This is a free weight machine where i had to use 45lb plates

LEG RAISES
150lbs for 15 reps
175lbs for 15reps
190lbs for 15 reps
210lbs for 10 reps
My quads were fried by now

SEATED CALF RAISES
90lbs for 30 reps
135lbs for 20 reps
180lbs for 20 reps
225lbs for 20 reps
This was the best exercise I could have done for my calf.

DB LUNGES
60lbs for 4 sets of 10

Warm Down was 20 minutes on the treadmill backwards

POST WORKOUT-
65 Grams of PRO5 Protein

Meals included boiled eggs, Chicken breasts, Spinach, and broccoli. 3 of my meals were the same. my snacks for the day were shakes and nuts..

This movement allows the width of your back to expand. Also I notice when i do bent over rows, or solo arm db rows, i can use more weights than normal

V BAR ROWS
2 plates for 20 reps
3 plates for 15 reps
4 plates for 10 reps
5 plates for 8 reps
6 plates for 6 reps

The power output is unreal.

SOLO ARM DB ROWS
100lbs for 12 reps
110 lbs for 12 reps
120lbs for 10 reps
125lbs for 10 reps
My gym only goes up to 125lbs. I am sure i could go another 20-30 lbs heavier.

SMITH MACHINE SHRUGS
225lbs for 20 reps
315lbs for 15 reps
405lbs for 10 reps
495lbs for 10 reps
580lbs for 8 reps
The smith machine allows more of a squeeze for this exercise with having to worry about dropping the bar. yeah the weight is still heavy but i believe you get more out of this exercise with the smith machine.

Warm Downs were db curls with 50lbs, 60lbs and 70lbs...

No cardio since my calf was still sore

Post Workout-
65 grams of PRO5 Protein

Meals 1-3- lean sirloin steak (10 oz) mixed with a cup of russett potatoes for the extra carbs.
in between i just snacked on fruits and some veggies.

Yeah bro... My strength has increases once again... Normally I use 9 yok3d.. Only on my heavy days where I exert the most power I use yok3d with the original jack3d..

Back in the day I did the 6/9 protocol 5 on 2 off to stretch it a bit more. Was still very affective when paired with DC training

I still haven't tried the 6/9 protocol. I'll have to give that a go with my next Prime run.

First my android phone and now my computer giving me problems.. i did post up my logs from the past week, but for some reason its not here.. i know it aint the website, so it has to be my computer.. ill just take it from todays workout...

The week headed up to today was just basic workouts since i have been super busy since black friday and hiring two new guys at my store. my workouts averaged about 45-60 minutes depending on the day and the workout. I saved the heavy weights for this morning since it was my time with free weights...

DAY 21-CHEST BLAST

Incline Hammer Press

Some people dont really see the benefits of this movement. its like doing basic presses mashed up with flyes depending on the width you hold the dumbbells. it adds more density to the pectoralis major...

Incline Barbell Press
225lbs for 2 sets of 15
315lbs for 3 sets of 10
225lbs for 1 set of 20
After a brutal warmup set with the hammer press, doing these inclines are actually a little light. I recommend any of you to try this and tell me how you feel... i love the pain...

DB Flyes
50lbs for 2 sets of 15
60lbs for 2 sets of 15
70lbs for 1 set of 10
80lbs for 1 set of 10
90lbs for 1 set of 10
100lbs for 1 set of 8
Dont ask why i did so many of these, i was in the zone and the right music was playing on my ipod, so just decided to scare the crap out of everyone who was near me.. it actually worked.. hahaha

Weighted Dips
2 plates for 2 sets of 15
3plates for 2 sets of 10
4 plates for 2 sets of 8
When I say plates, im talking about 45lb plates. i find it embarrassing if you are a big dude and you use lower weight than the 45lb ones. with triceps, you have to go all out if you want them to grow.. thats how i feel anyway.

Smith Machine Close Grip to the Neck Presses
225lbs for 3 sets of 15
315lbs for 2 sets of 10
405lbs for 1 set of 6
These presses are not for the weak. I mentioned to a few of the guys that these presses add a little more mass to your outer head while also targeting your third head of the triceps. its not an easy movement, thats why i highly suggest using the smith machine.


Diamond Push-ups
3 sets of 40
I like to keep the pump so thats thy i always do various push ups...

Warm down set- Seated Cable fl
180lbs for 4 sets of 15
On this last set I mainly focus on the squeeze and the contraction of the muscle. Just as im about to squeeze the pecs, i hold the position for 2-5 seconds and on the negative i try to control it slowly.. this freaking hurts but in the end it all pays off..


POST WORKOUT-
65grams of Wheybolic Extreme 60 ( this protein in my eyes is amongst one of the best out there.. yes it is a *** brand, but i think the quality of this protein is superior to others.. I know people like to use name brand proteins, mainly for its taste, but it should never be about the taste. to me quality means more..
